I agree as sometimes SMS will take longer to received compare to email verification or 2FA and what is better if in case they have the capability to do so is to include the three options.

It is not, actually. 45 mBTC in your case is just 15x playthrough on the deposit+match (total 3 x 15 = 45), as many regular players on this forum will tell you 15x is actually quite a low playthrough for a generous match bonus.

Also consider that with your balance of 4.61, that playthrough on roulette (the game you chose to play) or any other is gone through within minutes of normal play. This is less than 100 spins at 0.5 mBTC per spin for example, or 200 at half that.

Let me also do the calculations for you and show why even this 45 mBTC playthrough puts you as the player at an advantage.
I see you choose roulette as your game of choice, so we can use that as the example. The house edge on roulette is 2.7% as you can find quite easily (eg. on Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roulette#House_edge).

So wagering 45 mBTC on Roulette at a 2.7% house edge means that the expected loss (on average) would be 45 x 2.7% = 1.215 mBTC
Therefore your expected balance (on average) after completing the playthrough should be 4.61 - 1.215 = 3.395 mBTC, which is well more than double what you deposited!

I say "on average" because of cause this can be up or down over a single player or session, but on average over many spins, the expected house edge is 2.7% (and our roulette is of course provably fair so it is enforced by mathematics and cryptography that the game cannot be tampered with by either player or system).

I can also demonstrate that in the general case of every 1.5 mBTC deposited which gets a 100% match of 1.5 mBTC promo, that the expected balance at the end of completing playthrough of 45 mBTC will be 3 - 1.125 = 1.875 (a profit of 0.375 ie. 25% profit on every 1.5 mBTC deposited).

So you see, in fact the 45 mBTC (15x playthough) is not actually that much, and it actually is expected to give a 25% PROFIT overall on average.


As I showed above, this promo is already geared to the player advantage at a 25% profit even with playthrough.

But of course, if you have second thoughts about taking the promotion please speak to our colleagues on the chat system when logged in, and ask them to remove the promo and winnings, and you can withdraw your deposit.
