24 hours still processing, dev it would be nice if you could say something at least, i know sometime problem could come but also replay is good for people ! Hope we will get an answer soon. At same time till this problem are not solvet i would really say carefull to everyone to deposit to mercatox many people are stuck there with transaction!
What do you expect them to say? "BTC withdrawal is having issues right now. We will try to fix it as soon as possible." You should expect that statement every week, I guess. Besides, writing here is useless as the account moderating this thread is inactive since March 24th, 2017.

I have initiated withdrawal one day ago and it stuck at processing. It didnt generate hash address and i couldnt cancel the withdrawal too. How it is possible to trade if you dont have support responding us or fixing this issue.

I was very happy about using MERCATOX! I had never had problems, and when I had, just a small one, the support reply in 30 min. very efficiently.
I thought MERCATOX as a good exchanger, but actually I am having a lot of problems with the exchanger.
I withdrawal my funds from mercatox to other exchanger 2 DAYS AGO and from then are blocked!

I just withdraw from mercatox 0.1 btc yestarday and till today is still processing also sent message to support yestarday and waiting for an answer, dev do you have problem on your exchange?

Like over a month ago I requested for verification and till today the message I get is: Your account on check. Wait for the response of Administrator.
How many months does it take to complete the verification process? It was 8th December when I requested for the same and today is 11th jan. Their system is too slow to complete verification.
