I registered for a new account 2 days ago and never received the confirmation email I need to log in for the first time. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to wait until they sort out all their issues first?

Hi! please, i'm posting here for you to help me access my account. I can't login due to 2fa authenticator, i reset my phone accidentally forgeting that my mercatox account is in 2fa authenticator. Now, i can't login because i don't have codes cause my phone was wiped out. Please do help me recover my account and help me login again.

I didnt even try to login again, my coin was in pending and I only used mercatox for 1 deal, eth in and eos out. so I dont know, sorry.

I am unable to login to my account or contact support. When I try to login, Mercatox tells me a confirmation/authorization link will be sent to my email, but I never receive one. I have quite a bit of money in this account.
Same here, it looks like it got hacked and we are fucked lol
no way to reach support...
my tokens stay their eth wallet i seen it. and many tokens and eth in and out same eth adress. they now transferred other users i think they manual this transactions i will wait one day but then i dont know what am i do
