I've been the one with little time to distribute merits, to look for more relevant posts.

I'm happy to see that a lot of the recipients of merits are spreading them around themselves. The only member I saw who didn't do so this month was vjudeu with the sMerits he got from Welsh. Not to heavily criticize any member, but if you have enough sMerits to give out, please do it. It keeps the merit system running smoothly, and to anyone who's unaware of how bitcointalk used to be prior to January 2018, it's very important that the system works as intended. It may not be perfect as far as eliminating shitposters, but it's done one hell of a job in sweeping away all the account farmers that used to exist (which did contribute to a ton of garbage posts themselves).
