You mean to say only 1920 (960*2) coins are pre-mine to distribute among ICO investors and bounty hunters. I don't think so.

1) If you participated in the ICO you bought coins with some discount, it depends on stage you bought the coins.
2) The price doesn't depend from difficulty of mining. The difficulty changes every 960 blocks. The first blocks were generated very quickly because the difficult was low.
Now the system has increased difficulty.

I am confused. I read through the bounty rules and it doesn't say when the bounty will be given. It is in my account but how do I withdraw it to my wallet ? Must I download a wallet and leave my address here or pm the OP or Dev or what ?
