After about a week my account completely disappeared. I can't log-in, I can't retrieve my password, I can't do anything. I have also reached out to the MineXCoin support team dozens of times with very little help.

The minexExplorer is not in sync with the wallet blockchain. Wallet is at 39024 blocks, while the explorer stopped seeing blocks at 38326....
