Hang on, does the OS come with a Zcash miner? If so, which one or is that something you upload yourself?

I need to investigate this because its only 1% .
Write to me tommorow via mail [email protected]
I would need ssh accest to rigs to check it.
Or team viewer in the dam newtork as rigs. Then i can chek what causes it.

Yeah,
Anyway i sent email to veryone.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR RIG TEMPERATURES.
If you have more than 90 C - turn it off.
1% of rigs have this high temperature.

Ah ok... already shut down. any idea what causes this? Is there a patch or release to fix this? Can we set command line temp/fan targets for the miner?  Thanks for all your efforts

My rig (5xRX470 4GB + 1xRX480 4GB) is pulling about 700W for 485 S/s currently.
Will try your suggestion to bring power draw even lower.

Also, thanks for implementing Optiminer, that made me finally commit to your OS  Wink

My MSI Rx 480 fan was at 0% with temp at 91C. i caught it and shut it down ASAP. There (WAS?) a bug in fan control.. this was 1hour ago...

This version is also broken.. All 3 cards hit 90C with fans at 15%.. too dangerous. shutting down this app.

FYI using optiminer 0.3
