Ha, found the error. I tried it with 150.5, not 150,5  Grin

Thx for the help!

Hi joseph32,
    nicehash should work just fine.
    If you are mining to a ssl port do not forget to specify the ssl:// prefix.
Check our web page https://miniz.ch/faq/ for a few examples.
    If you don't manage to make it work, you could post here your command line and we try
to help further.

Cheers,

Is Nicehash supported with 150.5? And if yes, how? It just shows the first few lines and then nothing happens anymore.

Hi everyone

thank you all for your feedback and support.

There is a new miniZ miner version v1.3n!

 * Support for Equihash 150,5 (BEAM).
 * Configuration file support.
 * Console output on telemetry.
 * ...

Equihash 150,5:
 * GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ~7-8 Sol/s
 * GTX 1060 3GB ~13-15 Sol/s
 * GTX 1070 Ti 8GB ~27-30 Sol/s
 * GTX 1080 8GB ~28-29 Sol/s
 * GTX 1080 Ti 11GB ~38-41 Sol/s
 * RTX 2070 8GB ~31-35 Sol/s
 * RTX 2080 Ti 11GB ~58-64 Sol/s

For more information check the first page https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.43058434

Use Cuda 10.0 versions with the RTX GPUs. For other GPUs you should test and see which performs best.

@azaman are you using Linux OS? it seems that the --oc1 works to me fine the --oc2 reduce my power consumption and there's a little reduce in hashrate compared on using --oc1.

I'm using windows 10 with 4.19.17 driver installed.

Have you tried down grading or upgrading your driver latest or below version?

Hi, yes im using linux - Im using Hiveos. driver is 418.43
oc1 is supposed to be more efficient.
oc2 is maximum performance. (great if electricity is cheap)

not really dropped. infact i had to increase powerlimit as it became unstable,

Hi AZaman,
we are sorry, but maybe we did not understand exactly what you consider to be the problem. Smiley
With --oc1 we expect that the cards with less power would benefit more.

Did you try running miniZ without --oc1? What was the difference?
Could you paste here right the beginning of the log? (Right after "******** miniZ v1.2m ********")

i have 6 1080ti mining rig , and --oc1 only seems to work on one card. using hiveos

anyone know why? GPU1 in image

https://ibb.co/yWLf1q9
Hi AZaman,
it should work on all cards, however we see your point.

After some time, do the values for GPU0 and GPU1 converge to a higher value?
We notice that they are a bit warmer than the rest of your GPUs, might affect the performance even though it not a great difference.

Let us know if after a few hours the difference is maintained. Also, do you have any display hardware attached?
Additonally, could you paste the log here? The information in the begining should be enough (the GPUs info is the most important).

Thanks.
Cheers

here's my rig results after first day of mining:

https://i.imgur.com/A3R0g1y.png

https://i.imgur.com/wWQ6Ddz.png

all 5 GPU working on TDP 70% memory +500, as for core oc i used following settings:

GTX 1080Ti zotac amp +100
GTX 1080 msi gamer x +150
3XGTX 1080 EVGA ftw (using second bios with automatic core oc) +0

it's very stable with good temps as well, quite good miner, has higher hashrates than other miners with same settings, used exact same settings as with equihash algo that i was mining last summer before asics arrived, also used --oc2 command in batfile, my rig uses around 20gb pagefile with equihash 144.5 algo, zelcash had some crazy price increase in last month or so, let's see how further can price rise

How can I enable SSL I tried mining on some pool with ssl:// pool but It doesn't work the CMD shows "SSL: no"
What settings to enable this.
I already follow the settings from the site you provide from the first page but it doesn't work.
Hi crairezx20,
are you using --url? Usage would be something as follows
Code:
./miniZ --url ssl://YourWallet.Worker@PoolServer:PortNumber
If this is not working, could you paste here your command line?

Hi MiniZ,
very good work.
Is there a chance you add a configfile support?
Cheers!
Hi Xenoflex,

Thank you for the encouragement! Smiley

As suggested by RoninAlek (Thanks RoninAlek!), you can create a .bat file with your personalised command line to run miniZ.

If you still need a configuration file we will consider your request for the next version.
Cheers

I know the commandline parameters and batchfile usage, but it would be much better to use config files.
So please consider the configuration file request for the next version.  Wink
Its much appreciated!

Good day.
Real time (we have the duration of the farm) is needed to understand what happened
  with the farm. (pool reports a 30-minute delay in receipt of share)
It is difficult to find the place of failure in the log file if it is not specified when it happened.
Miner can automatically reboot and continue working.
Good luck.

Hi Ziv1,
we will add it to the next version.
Thanks for the feedback.
Cheers
