I sent an email to support. Their support email address is written somewhere on their website. I sent them multiple emails from multiple email providers over the last few months. They don't reply support emails.

In order to join the chat, you need to be registered user. In order to be registered user you need to use their preferred email providers. They probably force their users to have gmail or something similar. They don't accept any email address.

How did you try to contact them? Although I don't know what kind of issue you encountered, I noticed that their Admin was also active on the on-site chat today. Perhaps he can answer some of your questions if you post your question there?

I am just curious what could be the problem or your concern why do you want to contact the MintDice? It looks like they don't also have a player anymore there's only less than 15 people on their chat. I remember before that I was considering on investing to MintDice I'm not sure if this is the site or other gambling site where there's also a tutorial or blog about how to invest on casino and be a house.

If you can't contact them on either of this emails I think they just ignore you or doesn't really care about their players.

I'm not sure where is Mintdice's official representative? Its been long time with no more update in this thread. Website is improved a lot since my last play (maybe more than a year ago) but the games remain the same, two games are still coming soon. Online players is less than 10 now (maybe daily average). Its been almost 3 years after the launch but seems that they are not getting much interest. They should do more advertisement and promotion.

If in fact it was a great signature campaign, I am seeing that many sites that are entering the forum do so with a signature campaign, apparently many want to have many clients and traffic on their platforms, this speaks well of the sites because they know and understand that the business model is based on investment and through this type of marketing they do a better job because the users themselves give them the recommendations that they like the most, in fact one of the things that is most sought after is to reduce the KYC requirement.

- Biggest Possible Win on dice is 2.67 BTC. But it's actually 0.01 BTC. Have you recently lowered it?

- Please move BETS column to a separate page. Because when other players plays auto-roll, I can't play dice smoothly on pc's without powerful graphics as very fast flow of lines on BETS column makes CPU usage 100%. MYBETS and BETS colums must be at different pages or BETS column must be removed as it has no use.

- Upgrading to full account is difficult as it doesn't accept any email provider. Please allow any domain. It shouldn't be an issue as long as the user is able to click on email verification link.

- Please make the current dark background white.

Mint Dice had their signature campaign running for certain time period. With that they had good visibility among the forum members. Very few go through the different announcement thread and find the best and make use of it. Often if there is some form of contest relative to the gambling site or logo, it'll give more traffic to the platform. Maybe among that little could get converted as revenue.

If you can be allowed to put your referral link in the signature that is. I actually have a lot of signups from my own. So it definitely works.

The chance does exist but I believe it is not their main focus at the moment. They are still working for the v.2 including some other stuff as mentioned by theskillzdatklls previously. Lets see if the v.2 will be ready on Feb 1st as planned or not, hopefully it will come as expected because its been so long time since they started the work for the v.2

Is there any chance that Mintdice will consider Bringing their Signature campaign again? it's been long when the  last week runs , and also any event coming from the team ? Games and Rounds is not seeing any event from Mintdice and i believe it's an extra promotion from this forum.

It was my first time at MintDice.com! For testing that I started with an anymous account! I was welcomed by the cool,easy, eye-catching graphic design of the platform! There was also faucet option. I claimed one faucet and played some games! I find the real fun at MintDice! I think, it is one of the best masterpiece site in the world. The games feature, like Bitcoin Dice, Online Slots, Plinko, Bit.Rocket Bitcoin Crash Game are awesome! It has atractive layout! Nice Set of games! Best place to chill out! But, it would be more better if they add the others coin like, BCH,LTC,ETH besides BTC as deposit method! It is a feature platform to get top class gaming experience!

Sana did a pretty good job at describing the situation. All of our games are 100% provably fair unlike most websites these days. Our house edge is quite low at 1-2% depending on the game type. The investment platform also exists to participate on the other end of the spectrum.

We had our dev call recently. The devs are confident in the platform being nearly ready. We'll be taking on beta testers on January 18th. If anyone is interested, either respond here or drop me a message. I can probably give some small BTC rewards to beta testers from decent enough aged BitcoinTalk accounts that are interested in participating.

If all goes to plan, the plan is to launch the 2.0 platform on February 1st. Those are "hard deadlines" all else equal. If there's issues that beta testers notice, then it will be delayed until that's ready, but it shouldn't be anything major, fingers crossed.

To answer your initial question lebregone, as far as additional features, the things on the horizon are as follows:
- 2.0 deployment (should be coming soon as outlined above).
- Sports Book
- Two skill games; Pyramid + Castle Royale
- One casino game, PowerMint.
- Rewards program
- ETH acceptance and other coins.

The actual deployment of those features won't be in the exact order as listed above. But they should start rolling out with reasonable frequency. 2.0, among many of it's features, has a more scalable platform which allows for a more rapid release of newer features. Ideally this leads to more rapid development and release of games/features that people on BitcoinTalk will be looking for. This should hopefully help spur additional growth on the website as our platform comes with engaging new and unique features not seen elsewhere.

It's been almost two years already from the start of this topic, is your team has a plan to launch a new feature this year that you are going to add in your platform or a promotion to welcome the 2021?

Next to pyramid game is coming soon, can you give us a hint if what will be the game that you are likely to launch soon in your platform? And lastly, do you accept bitcoin only or you accept more crypto currencies aside from bitcoin like eth and etc.

I think it is about house edge, because odds are things you can change the way you want, for example when gambling on dice you can make your own odds if you want to, which shouldn't really be that hard. Hence I think it is more about house edge which should be the question. If we take a look at the house edge part on the FAQ of the website we see what they are for each game.

Dice has 1% house edge, Slots have 2% house edge, Plinko has 2% house edge, bitrocket has 1% house edge, pyramid has 3% house edge and that is the biggest one. I would say 1-2% is basically the norm in the crypto casino world, dice specially has 1% and very rarely we see it any bigger, and the highest edges I have seen in any crypto is about 5% in some places that gives back some things in return, like tickets and such for big lotteries, aside from that mintdice is definitely in good margin of the market.

What do you mean odds of the game? They have the regular casino games here. Do you mean house edge? If you want to know more about mintdice, I suggest you to read starting from first page and I believe you will already gain insights more than what you want to know. Your question is quite vague and I think even the mintdice rep would find it hard what to explain to you. They don't have sportsbetting here when you talk about the odds.
