Вопрос по сигнатуре кто участвует, в правилах ничего не сказано насчет локала. Что не запрещено значит разрешено? Может кто спрашивал в англ ветке?
Вот правила участия в компание с англоветки:Rules PLEASE READ:
After filling out the form, and adding the necessary Signature, message Jack Kuveke on the forum and tell him you will be participating in the campaign.
You must post at least 10 times a week to receive your payout.
You must use the signature designed for your rank!
You must have the signature throughout the entire length of the campaign. (From the day you start, until the final day, The final day will be a month after the crowdfund starts. The fund date is tentative, but will likely start in mid April)

Как видите ничего про локал не написано.Если бы были какие то изменения то отписали бы.
