Hi

need some Help with my Asus ROG Strix RX560 04G EVO Gaming with 4GB Micron
cant get it over 14 Mh/s stable.
By the way i have the Problem that the Original Bios dont have Stripes over 1500
and the Bios i use now works but in GPU-Z most is greyed out
when i go over 1995 Mem Clock i got lot incorrect share

On my Sapphire RX570 8GB Samsung i get stable 29.9Mh/s
with your Stripes so i think i do something wrong

I use newest AMD Driver 17.12.1 on Compute mode

here are my Bios:

RX560 Asus-Original:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1wt68FjErTlDN7RqXI_6GhV-DgJ-DBHq-

RX560 Asus-Modded i use @ the moment:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-Ys6ywgDQ1H79Y5G3cyCu9IfOzB4qeNR

If you have Time Notbatman you can take a look at what i do wrong

Hi

Newbie to mining here, need some guidance from you pros.
@Notbatman can u help me mod my bios gpu for stability

I have Power color red devil RX 580 8 GB (Micron Memory) and only getting about 27 mh/s on each GPUs
I tried flashing the bios and got around 31 mh/s but it became rather unstable and kept crashing.
I am using the Aug 23 AMD blockchain driver.

Here is my original rom: https://drive.google.com/open?id=17la4ZJ5h2brz-PiWv2loKpWnX097jVC2

I am using this https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pDEjOMrag7uwAi9arAMfVgKShQk5E3Jt

But my Nividia cards work fine? lol its these AMD cards i cant figure out! Is it a power issue? When they start up they show a good Hashrate for seconds but level out to 12MH/s once they get working(Now using Trixx thats my max setting)...

What is my workaround for this if not a power issue?

Anybody know how to mod a gforce?? Looks like I've got my choice of 1030, 1050, 1060, 1070 or 1080.  Cry Cry Cry

Do I Have the last ones? Lol This is my first mining rig build with AMD cards and im not having fun If anyone could help it would be most appreciated Sad im only getting between 10-12MH/s and thats after doing everything i could figure out.. Stock was running 9MH/s this is my build

Windows 10
6x ASUS-DUAL-RX580-04G (Elpida) (Radeon RX 580 Series)
Intel Celeron Processor 2.80GHz
MSI Z270A Mobo
Crucial 4GB RAM
Drevo 64GB SSD
Corsair Platinum 1000w PSU

MSI after burner is greyed out, so Ive maxed out all the settings I could in the ASUS GPU tweak and aso the AMD wattman settings. I installed the newest AMD drivers and also tried with the Crimson/Mining drivers they have available. Am I missing something simple? Most people i see getting over 20MH/s stock so im not sure whats wrong.

Im not sure how to change the bios on the GPUs if thats actually needed.. Ive set up 6x 1070 ti Rigs and have never done that and they were so easy to get 30+MH/s out of them..

Any help would be appreciated id be willing to pay someone to guide me through what i need to do

Just a reminder to anybody using my bios' to set the fan to 100% unless of course you have a scroll cage fan. The temp sensor will not tell you if the memory is overheating!

New coin with great potentials, coming very soon to the exchange! Do your own research, study your own investment! Good luck,

Have a question.

your latest posted bios are made for what driver version? The last adrenaline?

Trying your bios for the Saphire pulse 570 4BG ITX and the card is not getting full speed  on core (1244 Mhz) Even if is set it up in msi Afterburner  or in the bat file always the same the voltage is floating up and down together with the core clock.... This behavior is with 6 cards...

Any advice would be appreciated...

Thanks in advanced

Edit:

After a fresh install of win 10 the problem is gone with the unstable hashrate, tested 5 hours with 26.7-27.4 Mhs on ETH and ca.500 Mhs on Sia coin...  BUt anyway it is not hitting the 1244Mhz bios settled just arround the 1140-1170 Mhz of processor clock.... If there is any trick to get it to 1244, please let me know. But great work, thanks again.....

You need 580s if you want to push the card harder.

Hi,

thanks for the information. Im glad with it how its working, it was just "if" there is anything im missing... Thank you again for your good work!
No you don't need that... you just need better timings.
It uses Nerdralph timing for the Hynix memory and some strange Elpida timing... with better timings it can do 29-30MH/s for Elpida, the 24AJ Hynix timing is little bit tricky but 28MH/s should be there, I don't have good timing for this type but someone wrote me that he has 30MH/s with this type.

well have read also ppl claiming to have 29 mhs but im not an expert (just a common user) and tried them all but without success.... if someone wants i can share the links for it....

I made this for my card if anybody needs it:

Gigabyte.G1.RX480GAMING-8GB.Samsung_MINING_580-MOD.rom

I've also updated the following BIOS:

Sapphire-RX-480-Hynix-4GB-EO_MINING_580-MOD.rom

Do you by any chance own a XFX RX480 GTR 8gb Samsung?

My cards also seems to act strange in windows. Using phoenixminer I managed to get them stable at 29.7MH/s with this config:
[Profile_0]
Name=ELPIDA
GPU_P0=300;750;0
GPU_P1=588;765;0
GPU_P2=952;900;0
GPU_P3=1041;975;0
GPU_P4=1106;1031;0
GPU_P5=1100;1093;0
GPU_P6=1130;1143;0
GPU_P7=1160;870
Mem_P0=300;750;0
Mem_P1=1000;800;0
Mem_P2=2000;890
Fan_Min=3000
Fan_Max=3200
Fan_Target=20
Fan_Acoustic=1244
Power_Temp=69
Power_Target=0

Lowering gpu voltage seems sometimes make card unstable and make gpu frequency to float, reducing performance to like 26MH/s.
Linux (checked on simplemining) performance seems 1MH/s lower than windows. 7x gpu rig draws 1040wat , its like 145w per card. My other rx 580 runs at 30.5MH/s and using 130wat.
Using blockchain driver under windows 10

Post your stock bios, I'll give you a bios to try that will work with the miners default settings.
