Please make your company a PR favor by assuming good faith here, you had a sensible explanation from the forum admin himself. IMHO the first two questions are kind of legit (though picky), but the last two are slipping into personal suspicion or conspiracy theories. By now I think we've all taken notice that you and Dogie aren't friends, just let it be.
Regarding Dogie, I do consider him a (misguided) friend. I wrote about it here:

Since he did revived "Spondoolies Spam" thread and asked moderator to move it to Meta from Trash, I have enough ground for suspicion. If he'll deny, I'll accept it and publicly apologise.
