shall we withdraw and empty the account till we know who bought it? just to b eon the sure side

If you want, there's absolutely no issue with it (it's your money). But I'm not exposing anyones money to the risk of the new owner (it'll never be transferred to them), so it's not required.

Just an update, MoneyPot.com has sold!

However, for the time being it is still under my control under I do the handover (probably ~1 week) in the smoothest way possible.

As a reminder, the hand-over will NOT include balances or personal data (ip addresses, deposit address, withdrawals etc).

After the hand-over is complete, the new site will contain a banner on the top explaining the change.  All old balances will be available at the URL:   mp.bustabit.com  (something that will stay under my control). I will keep that site up for the next 6 months or so.

The new owners will introduce themselves shortly =)

Thanks everyone!

Conversely aren't you also saying that MP is the worst place for investors to invest, and that they'd even be better off at PRC, paying the highest commission of all investment sites?

I don't think this is implied at all, as what investors care about is bankroll turn over (* their EV, I guess) rather than absolute commission amounts.

So far YTD investors would have made a little over 60% by investing in MP, so I think that would have outperformed most sites  (primarily due to its small bankroll)

I'm glad I'm not invested  Grin I see there's already another thread about this, and a few people have already contacted me  confusing me as the owner of MoneyPot.com (I'm guessing the new owners of MoneyPot.com still haven't updated the config file so they are losing all support emails) so I'm going to lock this thread.

All Games incl Racer and Lottery game are Closed

Seems like a very lucky guy to me. This is the first time to me to see someone wagered 15 btc and won 53 btc in return. Is there somewhere I can see his bets history in plinkopot? Just wanting to check on how his luck is affecting his game play like thay with just 73 bets in the site

This user have great luck, Smiley gz to this user here from VegasCasinoBits ^^

Seems very 'legit' to me( I mean sarcasm ) . Someone who registered few hours ago , come to a site and play few games only on the site, wagered only 15 btc but got back 53 btc in return and leave the site instantly. Thats one tough luck for someone new on his first time experience in moneypot

He's probably run multiple accounts on moneypot before. Because who would Gamble 15 BTC straight away on a casino they'd just joined? Madness. Or maybe this is just some rich whale feeding the casinos and giggling when he actually makes a win for once.

we had a whale not long ago who lost about 15 BTC in 2 short sessions

before moneypot always have instant withdraw but now already over 30minutes

Since you mentioned withdrawals now I notice something different with moneypot's withdrawal. It doesnt use the new withdrawals system anymore which ryan changed but it goes back to the first system before it was changed. This way it is more easier to be tracked, wonder why the new team change it back to the old system

New MP team has changed nothing at all with the site. Ryan did the original setup/server run and it hasn't been touched since. Not sure what you're referring to by new/old. Maybe dealing with the cold storage? If so, Ryan disabled that before it changed it over.

I was actually thinking of investing and noticed in the last hour it went from +16 to -36. Someone hit a nice bet for sure.
Yes i think he is so lucky can't find where he won that much, Investor are in total loss now after being in profit for almost year. Investing in a gambling site seems also risky like doing gambling.

It has certainly shown me the potential risks involved. I think the issue stems from such a small bankroll currently.

Moneypot has been in the negatives multiple times over the past year. Even sites like JD got hit once by a whale (look up the Nakowa situation), which took months to recover from. Welcome to variance.

What app was the big win in? I can not seem to find where someone did so well.

Effing B.S. that is last "investment" I make. Woke up to see 2BTC turned into 1.3. Got that shit off the site ASAP.

Don't invest in this nonsense. Total Effin crap to lose that much in a lousy day. Definitely not +EV as an investment. Take all the risk and get basically little reward. And like the FAQ says they might be stealing from you and state it straight up. Yet I'm the imbecile who can't apparently READ.

I'm am LIVID at my stupidity in this crooked SHIT.

You were risking your funds and it clearly says you can lose. I do not see how you can blame moneypot for someone hitting a nice win.
