I've played on this platform but didn't take the promotion because I thought the turnover was too high, but there was no problem at all with withdrawals, I wasn't required to do KYC, deposits and withdrawals went smoothly. It's true. The risk is true and big too but knowing about the risk and accept it or not, it's up to each person.

If accepting the risk, and have some reasons to use centralized exchanges or centralized gambling platforms, let's go with KYC submission and wait for approval to use their platforms.
