-Early adopters/players/affiliates on MonkeyTilt will have the best bang for their buck with regards to allocations as the earlier months will have a sliding scale of boosted allocation. (Someone who wagered $1m in March's airdrop allocation will be more than someone who wagered $1m in June, who will be more than someone who wagered $1m in August). etc.

Interesting! additional questions, are only users with a total wager of $1M eligible for the airdrop? I'm already a user of yours and have bet almost $1K, is it worth getting that airdrop?

We don't have a handle cutoff to be eligible for the airdrop, but wagering is going to be a big factor. You can see some of your competition by checking out the leaderboard on Monkey Tilt.

Hey @MonkeyTilt, by chance I found an article discussing your platform, it said that Monkey Tilt received large funding ($21M) from various VCs, and from those VCs I saw Polychain there, everyone in crypto knows that Polychain is actively investing in crypto project, is that a sign Monkey Tilt will have its own native token like most of the crypto casinos on this forum?

GMGM ser.

Yeah, we're doing a $TILT token, aiming for airdrop in Q1/Q2 2025.

Few bits of Alpha for the BTC Talk Fam

-$TILT token will have tons of on-site and real world utility

In 4 weeks the project will have a new extended license and the list of available countries will be significantly expanded.
That would be a good way for a start.
Not just focusing on the games alone but, looking into adopting those nations that actually gamble by playing around with the laws that governs it’s jurisdiction.

It like people can’t access the site but, understanding the risk involved in doing that especially when it becomes necessary that you submit KYC documents I suspicious situations, it lands badly.

Therefore, a wide coverage would not just mean well for gamblers but to the gambling site as well.

Thanks for the input! We're always looking out for our community and we'll continue to keep working on expanding as we continue to grow. Look forward to when you all can play if you can't now!

We have several levels of KYC on the site that we enforce for compliance with gambling regulations. You can participate in promotions by registering for an account and completing the wagering requirements for the promotion. We have a lot of promotions going on at all times, so keep up to date on all our social media accounts to stay in the loop!

Does this essentially mean there is no mandatory kyc? otherwise, what is the minimum level to be met in order to unlock withdrawals and promo participation? Sorry this wasn't clear to me so I'd like to ask again. In some casinos I've seen for instance require only a simple form to be filled out to unlock withdrawals. There are also those that require IDs as well.

To unlock withdrawals, there's just a 1x wager requirement on your deposit. Most of our promotions are opt-in and don't have any KYC to be eligible, usually just a deposit. Different bonuses have varying wager requirements, but we'll let you know what that is. We're open about the requirements for our promotions.

Based on the rules in Promotions, KYC is not mandatory, you can still withdraw your bonus proceeds after you have successfully achieved the agreed turnover, for example in the 150% Deposit Match promotion which requires 35x turnover.

I've played on this platform but didn't take the promotion because I thought the turnover was too high, but there was no problem at all with withdrawals, I wasn't required to do KYC, deposits and withdrawals went smoothly. This platform is not recommended for big players who don't want their identity to be revealed, because when you want to withdraw $3,000+, you are required to do basic KYC + PoA (Proof of Address).

True. What many gamblers fail to realise is the fact that any crypto gambling sites regardless of its reputation can be hacked leading to data theft etc which is why submitting our KYC anywhere is considered a risk.

No site is immune to hackers and time has proven that. This is why gamblers need to think carefully before submitting their KYC in any crypto gambling site.
It's true. The risk is true and big too but knowing about the risk and accept it or not, it's up to each person.

If accepting the risk, and have some reasons to use centralized exchanges or centralized gambling platforms, let's go with KYC submission and wait for approval to use their platforms. I don't say it is right or wrong because it's personal choice and it depends on personal needs too. Additionally, a centralized platform with mandatory KYC does not mean it is a bad platform but on user side, it's very risky.

For example, if you refuse to do KYC on a big and trusted centralized platform, then finding around and choosing a smaller centralized platform without mandatory KYC to use. Think of it, is it good?

But about risk, let's check this topic.

Why KYC is extremely dangerous – and useless

By submitting our details online or anywhere we should prepare to any bad result for doing this, what we need to do is to be aware of any possibilities of attacks since for sure those frauds will do some crazy attempts towards us.

And those data leaking or selling is possible since it already happen before. There are lots of situation like this happen and we can found those information if we google it.

Welcome to the forum!

When I visited your casino, I encountered an issue while browsing. After opening the website through the link mentioned on the ANN, it initially showed the language as English. However, when I clicked on "Store," the language switched to Hindi. I tried to find a way to change the language back to English, but I couldn't locate an option to do so. Since I'm not proficient in Hindi, it would be great to have a language change option available on the website.

If I manually enter the website address in the browser, the default language is Hindi. However, India is a country with many different languages, and not everyone is fluent in Hindi. We are more familiar with English, especially when reading, if not speaking. Please look into this issue MonkeyTilt team as it is frustrating for people like me.

Yeah, we know that you can't disclose how your fraud department looks or trigger an alarm for any of your customers, we understand that.

We only hope that if you request for a KYC, our personal documents will also be protected by your platform or if you hire a third party to handle it. There are gamblers that are more willing to submit, but we just want to hear that you taken care of our personal information very well.

To be honest, I'm not even sure how safe my data is in the bank, because I heard about cases where bank databases were sold on the darknet. Although the bank denied it and claimed that they are able to protect their clients' data. You know what I mean...

But so far nothing bad happens so far recorded from crypto users and I guess those platform we deal with and submit our KYC is safe. So for sure same goes with other new platform who want to comply with the law since for sure they know how to deal keeping the private details of their costumer.

Anyways lets look forward for competitive atmosphere in Monkeytilt and it always good to see new casino launch since competition is always good for gamblers in bitcointalk

VPNs are not allowed on our platform. However, I would like to reiterate what Avante said above. We believe that your money is yours and err on the side of paying you out above all else.

Then it remains to wait until the list of available countries is expanded.

This is just a disclaimer for outlier cases.

At MonkeyTilt we firmly believe that your money is your money.

I think the automatic system trigger kicks in around 2k or 3k, but again, worst case scenarios, we err on the side of paying you out first, and asking questions later, to ensure that your money is your money.

-Avante
KYC nowadays is like a safe policy for platforms to defend their platforms and CEOs because there were and will be more attacks, lawsuits against CEOs of centralized platforms regarding to Money Laundering and AML policy, KYC procedure on centralized platforms.

Your reply sounds good as in 'normal' situations, users will be approved for withdrawal requests even KYC is in progress. Only cases (you said outliers) with possible strong signals of violations, criminals will have problems with Withdrawals without KYC or not completed KYC.

Any further explain on automatic system trigger around 2k, 3k, or will it be triggered with increment of 1k?

While we would like to, we cannot disclose how our KYC triggers are set up. This is to prevent people from abusing the KYC systems we have in place.

It is good to hear that, but many of us cant use MonkeyTilt because of country restrictions and I didnt hear clear answer from you guys if usage of VPN services is allowed or not.
I would like to test out sportsbook and see if I can find better odds and more markets that are not available in my daily casinos.

Looks like with many restrictions from countries around the world and there are few that your site allows  to register and play also not letting the use of VPNs, you may have a little area of luring players.

but welcome to the community and hope you will lessen the hardship of creating account from some countries.
