Scam projects are becoming more and more common and we have no way to stop them, but only to limit them. I think if that were the case, investors would leave the ICOS market.
It's sad to see a lot of ICO fraud, you just need to do better research to check everything you can before investing in ICO.and maybe it's true that's the risk of a bounty hunter.
Now there is 2094 crypto currencies at the marketcap, and according to me %90-95 of them is just scam projects. Everybody is doing project and want just earn money, how we can prevent this I dont know but this is damaging market very much.
Fully agree. I haven't been here for half a year and as I can see there's nothing changes. The tendency to clean up the market will grow more and more with time so I suppose in 1-2 years there will be much fewer legit projects here.
the problem is that many ICOs appear every day without us knowing they are good or have bad intentions. ICOrating also doesn't help much and this problem should be validated by at least one independent entity from now on or negative circles will never be erased.

Actually i'm just always experienced on that since the ICO was finished and also the bounty campaign but until they finish they are one by one gone. But we cannot blame to the campaign because the rule they are doing is to handle only the campaign and to make sure all the participants are following the rules. But they have ICO also and they are also a CM so ill think that was kind of scam and the rank was newbie or jr member.

For bounty hunters like me we should be more wiser than before. most of project right now is scam so be patience and be wise in terms of searching bounty.
Just focus with your own decision making if you noticed that it's not worth to involve then quick change because a lot of potential project that worth to invest or buy with. As a hunter it's our job to read the platform and determine those possible happen.

for investment it must be more thorough, because the stakes are very risky.
however, for bounty, the key is that we follow as many ICOs as possible so that among ICO scams, we can still find results from successful and honest ICOs.
even so, the presence of this ICO scam must be addressed immediately. Do not let us suffer a lot and many people have to lose time and energy because of their actions.

Yes, a lot of scams , but I would be in your place would take a lot of projects that was not so much hurt because something is not there to pay, take about 50 projects and see them ! 
Of course, it is very easy way of getting money and mostly they can get away with it. Didn't read much, any scam project founder got behind bars news.
Still, thanks to bear market people mostly not throwing any money to their scam projects.

There are several projects that gonna control the appearence of new ICOs on the market, I have even invested some of them. I consider that they are our only chance.

You join in a wrong project in a wrong time. It is better to move on and look for a project that is worth your time and effort. picking the right project is like picking the right altcoin to invest, you have to do a research before jumping the bandwagon.
In my opinion, you cannot generalize that this will happen to all. That kind of condition (scam, failed ICO, and long payment) are some risks of participating in ICO or bounty. It is normal. It doesn't only state in this year but in the last year, there were also some scams and delayed ICO. however, the numbers are not as much as now because this year, big growth of ICO happens. We can exactly find the legit ICO and bounty that pay us on schedule. It will depend on how our strategy and analysis in choosing the bounty and ICO to participate. Just learn more and more about it.

This year has not been bad for everyone. Although you might not be fortunate to get reward from all the bounties you participated in, but if you always do your research on every project you choose to partake in, although not 100% sure, you will still find some that would pay you. A large number of projects really look exactly the way you wrote earlier, but still now there are probably projects that still have much greater capabilities and have details of normal projects in which to invest.
Recently it is better to study the project twice before you start investing in it. Every day, scammers are becoming more and more. Therefore, I advise you friends to study new projects in detail.

If you are a investors that taking a risk for every project that will always scam. Just think that your money is giving for rich peoples that they own the coins.
There are a lot of scam projects, this is true, but it is happening because of the market conditions. No ICO reaches its soft cap during the last few months and this is sad. We need a new wave of hype to attract the new audience to the market.
