There are so many of them right now that is unreal how they are all operating, and one thing about them is that they are getting so sophisticated that the scam projects are the coins that actually look like they are legit projects. The icos are really getting a bad reputation from all of the scam projects that are using it as a way to get quick money

but this condition actually ever happen in the past.this bearish trend provide scammer opportunity to get money from others.and we should have to becarefull to them.
Nowadays, investors are smarter than we think, it's easy to detect a scam project.
It's happening to many ICO at the moment, and the result is because of the current market condition, many ICO's have been cancelled and some postponed until when the market gets more better.

You are right this year is a year of dumping/falling but also a year of scammers on bounty they are continues creating a fake bounty to scam and get an information this time is hard to find it out if the bounty is legit or a scam I've experience many times that I've join to those scam bounty but with popular manager but he didn't know also what he can do this scam. So we need to be careful on what our joining for us to not wasting our time.
Its just you are not lucky choosing the right project in this year. There are some that paid rewards for bounties. Just keep browsing and consider the bright side of crypto.
Indeed, for 2018 many projects have experienced fraud. But I am fortunate that the project I am following can succeed, even though there are some coins that have not yet been listed on the exchange. But it all depends on you in choosing a project.

Honestly, it is best to spend your time else where instead of promoting an ICO. The pay you get is not worth the waiting and the hard work. Do something else and you will be rewarded in a better way.
Not all managers are good to work with, because some of the cannot be trusted. If you are not careful, you might not get your pay after working. Therefore, choose the manager to work with and the project to work for, through adequate research.

I think not all are scam maybe the bounties you participate is the one but not all is scam. There's some project that pays the bounty hunter and successful ICO. That's why important to study deeply what you want to participate and always look what team doing if its active or not.
Scammers have always been many. I think that this is due to the fact that the cryptocurrency is anonymous and it allows fraudsters to deceive people.
If you ignore the scam and be able to distinguish it, then everything will be as great as possible. Avoid it completely impossible, but to learn to distinguish from the heap of other projects-the norm
