Cryptsy is safe imho, just some people needed funds fast so there was withdrawals spike.
This guys never hosted ICOs and were always good with regulations
BigVern & Co. spent a lot on getting registered by FinCEN as a MSB and trade to fiat without legal issues. ICOs are for Cex, Yobit and the likes.
