Meh found my BTC withdrawl in there - sigh - clearly a company full of morons.
They can't even do BTC withdrawls properly.

So ... tracking down when other people had delays ...

Someone told me a 4 day delay ending on or before Jan-28
Another person a 3 day delay was ... Dec-04 or before

Edit: also there's 6010 transactions in there - phail

Edit2: hmm I think I'll keep track of where it is in the list (i.e. check every so often) to see if the list is simply just growing or items are being cleaned up 1 a day or what ... my withdrawal yesterday is in the bottom 3rd

I have just got to know that Mtgox owner has disappeared. Is that true?

I am still waiting for my BTC. BTC ought to be transferred within 30 mins, the hash doesn't show up on blockchain either.

yeah shouldn't take 2weeks with same cut paste response from suppor who stops failed transatcion after 8 days puts back in mt gox wallet so can start process again.

No we believe you.  Bank Xfers are a different issue than BTC Xfers though.

BTC SHOULD ALWAYS BE INSTANT - and confirmed within about an hour.

THE PROBLEM IS:

MTGOX will constantly "pretend" to send you the BTC, but never actually TX it to the network.  History shows if this happens to you it takes 5-7 days to actually get your BTC.  

The scare is this used to be a random thing that occurred every now and then (I had 2BTC stuck in NOV and chalked it up to a fluke).  But with 50-90% of all transfers being faked now (just a guess based on http://coinsight.org/mtgox.html ) this could be the end...

What about SEPA? How long are they being delayed?

Guess I will flamed for this and accused for all sort of bullshit, but I still recieve euro from mtgox, last one 04. februar. The one before that was 15 January so less then the 20 days even.

Again, to complain to the US SEC, call (202) 942-8088. If you're in the US and Mt. Gox owes you money, do this now.

There's an online report form. https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/questionaire.xhtml. Fill that out, and call.

Important points:

- Check the box "Are you having or have you had difficulty in getting access to your funds or securities?"
- Also check the box "If you are complaining about an entity or individual that has custody or control of your investments, have you had difficulty contacting that entity or individual?" Those are alarm conditions to the SEC that indicate the need for immediate action.
- Mention that Mt. Gox is registered with FinCen and has an office address in Delaware.
- Give the address of Mt. Gox in the US:

    Street Address: 615 S Dupont Hwy
    City: Dover
    State: DELAWARE
    Zip: 19901

- Mention that Mt. Gox is headquartered in Japan but deals directly with US persons. (This gives the SEC jurisdiction.)
- Give the actual address of Mt. Gox in Japan:  Tōkyō-to, Shibuya-ku, Shibuya, ２丁目１１−６. 5th floor. (Office building about 300 meters east of Shibuya station.) The SEC has a cooperation agreement with the Japan Financial Services Agency. If the SEC starts an investigation, the JSA will become involved. They can make things happen in Japan, from audits to arrests.
- Mention that press reports indicate that upwards of $40 million is involved and that the whereabouts of the CEO are being reported as unknown. Mention that US dollar withdrawals have been stalled since June 2013.
- Don't sound like a nut.

This raises all the right red flags at the SEC, indicating it's a "take the money and run" operation and they need to act immediately. The SEC knows all about "take the money and run" operations. They put people in jail for that. And they often get the money back.

Here's a reminder from 6 months ago!

Identical or nearly identical boilerplate that I got back in Sept (for my mid-Aug wire which I still have not received.)  It means nothing, so don't get your hopes up or handle your financial matters with an expectation of seeing the money.

My sympathies with all who are having withdrawal problems with Mt. Gox. I hope all succeed in receiving their withdrawals.

As a USA citizen and sportsbettor who has bet for years with offshore (non USA) sportsbooks, I have seen many once thriving sportsbooks go under.

Unfortunately this has all the earmarks of a process I've observed too many times over the past 15 years.

Requested withdraw of approximately $500 in November, 2013 to US account. Still waiting. Here's a reply from Mt. Gox on December 27, about six weeks ago.

Thank you for the email and sorry for the delay in response. Currently we are facing few backlogs and we do not have an ETA for international withdrawals. We are in the process of forming relationships with new partners, banks, and taking other steps to clear the backlog.
