If I am given a chance to go back to 2020 I would hold my ETH very tight and never let go, when covid was hitting the world at its best I thought it over and I sold 24 ETH which I bought at 120$ each, I never knew I was so damn lucky to buy at that price, learn to hold tight if you believe in a project, there are countless of projects in past years that are way bigger in value right now.

Stop thinking that, you're not an investor if you have never experienced selling at the wrong time or not holding a coin that turns to 100x profit we all have a share of that experience, there are no investors who made a profit from all the coins he invested, even the best investors who have good average in analyzing have fallen to what you've gone through.

We are going in a circle price drops to recover again, you're lucky if you have funds to allocate at the time that the market is in a huge drop, besides selling coins at the wrong time, not having funds to allocate when the right time to buy and opportunity is there is another regret of investors.

For me bigger regret is not having money to buy... I got into crypto iin 2017 and was without money to invest that time. Advice just keep researching and investing it's still early for crypto in general.

We should not over confidence now in any coin now because to this is Having period and every years after a Bullish year there is high chances of Bear market so we should be ready for that . There will another chance to buy Our favorite coins from bottom and if you missed you will again Regret. Forgot the Past and focus on future opportunities,How you can make double profit.
I don’t think we would see ethereum go as low as that $120 the OP has mentioned. That is in the past now and we wouldn’t we it happens again. But, there are still better opportunities ahead of us and we should make sure that we do not miss that.

The market has already reached the peak and we are all looking forward to another all time high as the market is currently facing a correction. Now would be a good time to buy and hold for a long term when the market would increase in value again. That’s just what I am doing now.

Yes, the market is unpredictable and what happens to you is a lesson so you don't rush into making decisions. Projects that we believe are indeed good to be maintained and indeed as much as possible are maintained because in the future the prospects will be good. but instead of continuing to feel sorry and blaming ourselves, it would be better if we could rise from a slump and learn from our mistakes. it's not so bad selling your crypto assets what matters is that you've benefited so you don't keep blaming yourself. there are many experiences that I have gone through, whether it's gains or losses, the same as what you received, but I learned to accept it and become better in the future.

Everyone must have regretted making the wrong decision when investing in crypto. It's a very human thing, so we don't have to regret it
for a long time. As you said, we just need to learn from every mistake we make. Because we sometimes need to make mistakes first to be
able to know how to invest correctly. During my investment in the crypto world, I quite often made the wrong decisions which resulted
in me losing money. But after I corrected my mistakes, then I am now starting to be able to make big profits.

Whenever I retell the story of my 2017 crypto journey, one incident stands out for me. It's such a painful incident. I just want to keep hating myself, Regalcoin and BNB for that 😢. In what looked like I had made enough gain, I sold all my 270 BNB which I bought around $0.3 and moved the whole capital to buy Regalcoin which was one of the trending tokens for lending then. Sooner had I bought it than it collapsed and all my cash gone. It saddens me till date even when I've tried to forget all that. After that, there are various mistakes along the line for me but the BNB one stands out.

Everyone has a regret story shored up somewhere, especially in crypto. If we all had held on to some tokens, we would all be some sort of moneybags now. It's not possible for that scenario to materialize, and that is life

Not only are you selling the asset at a low price at that time and neither will we know that the price will go up very high in 2021, so if we compare that to the price when I released the asset, the comparison loss is huge because it doesn't last a little longer, but it's all become an experience that when we hold a potentially cheap coin, I'll hold it longer until I can get the tremendous benefit.

...Do not mind that you will not get it at $120 any more. But still buy it. ETH can get to above $10,000 in time to come. If you miss it now you will regret more then.

For any purchase, you need to determine the time correctly, otherwise you can become a long-term holder or receive less profit, since the coin was bought at a high price. You should make purchases only with full confidence that the market will continue to grow. If there are doubts about this, it is better to wait for the end of the correction.

It's important to always do your research as an investor and make sure you know what you're doing. If you don't know what you're investing in and how to invest, you should stay away. There is a reason why Warren Buffet and Bill Gates have such massive fortunes while hundreds of millions of people continue to live below the poverty line.

Investing is a long-term game and while there are occasional dips and swings, overall , the crypto markets always go up. As long as you have the right strategy and don't invest in something that will go against the market, you're likely to make money.

There's no genie and there's no such thing as a time machine, what happened to you happens to every investor not only Cryptocurrency investors, there's no room for regret in investing, true investors always move forward and always look for new opportunities.
There's endless potential and possibility in the Cryptocurrency market forget your losses and just look for those opportunities there's no use crying in spilled milk.

That's too easy to say! Everybody has already done some bad trades and you will always keep remembering them. I sold most of my DOGE when it was way under 0.01$ as I never imagined it could ever reach 0.01$ or higher. Till date, I am still kicking myself but it is what it is. Right now, I just try to take profit where I can and always on the lookout for a good opportunity to do some trades.

If you sold your savings thinking that it was the right time for that, then you will necessarily discover one day that you were wrong to some extent because the price of reliable products will continue to rise as long as users trust them. Of course, it is generally considered profitable as long as the purchase price is very low compared to the selling price.
But if you had to sell your savings as a result of urgent conditions, then you are not to be blamed, and this is the activity for which we want to save and invest.
You need to wage the risk factor as well, some projects might not do well in the long term and it all depends upon the team and how they are planning to implement their vision. So basically you trade and sell according to specific projects and there is nothing to be regretted because at the end of the day you will encounter losses in any financial market when you target alts.

In the end, there is no point in regret in any case. In any case, each of us has his own circumstances that lead him to make such decisions. From an investment point of view, some products can be trusted for long-term investment, but the risk-taking is led by the dream of a stroke of luck like gambling. Of course, in gambling, you should not risk an amount that you can't afford to lose.

Looking at the facts of the current price of Doge, ETH and bitcoin, of course my biggest regret is in 2019, at that time I lost my patience because I saw a red market since 2017, and I sold a total of 20 ETH, 160 BNB, 75k DOGE and some coins like ETH LEND (AAVE), when I sold all of them I only collected about $5200 and if I calculate at the current price I can certainly get more than $215k.

If you continue thinking this way that you sold your ETH cheap in 2020 because the price is higher now, you will always regret it in years to come because the price will surely go higher than it is in 2022. Instead of living in regret why not buy back whenever the price goes down. Do not mind that you will not get it at $120 any more. But still buy it. ETH can get to above $10,000 in time to come. If you miss it now you will regret more then.

Anyone in here have ever felt their regret to sold their assets for very cheap amounts of money.- That's not your fault but the market is just can't be predicted. I think that as long as you have been taking your profit and that's fine. It's caused by you can search it again to invest in the small cap coins or tokens that will become the next big thing. In my opinion as long as you are aware about that and you can pick some new tokens in the market that will have very good performance like ethereum. The chance will always there. You must also see that how polygon has become a major crypto from the small crypto that worth nothing. This is an example about how another tokens in the market can still give you a very good return.

if we see regret then we can not grow, because the shadows continue to fall. Of course everyone will experience it. currently the bullishness seems to have been spent in 2021, and the bearish opportunity is indeed wide open, and we don't know when it will end, is it 4 years from now? I don't think anyone knows for sure, and after that whether we will be able to survive if another 4 years turns to the bullish season, or we will experience a panic sell, so logical thinking must still be applied

regretting something that has happened is not good because it can get you stuck in a cycle of regret.
from that incident you can take a lesson that the price of ETH will continue to increase,
You are right. It is helpless to regret something that happened already. No benefits from regretting something, we are better to forget it and take some lessons from it. If we missed the right time to buy ETH when it is still cheap, we can plan again to buy it in the next bearish. The price of ETH won't always increase, there is a time when ETH price decreases. Just monitor the market and buy as soon as possible if there is a big correction on ETH price.
