Uniquely during conditions such as this where bitcoin cost has little drops that causes bedlam in altcoin market where everybody dumps their altcoins to rush back to bitcoin market. Altcoins are best be utilized in transient exchanging when they are getting siphoned and should be sold before the unloading starts.
That's the cycle for those that understand that the altcoins are like the markets to get profits and they'll save those profits for Bitcoin.They'll buy Bitcoin out of those profits that they've made from the altcoins so that they can still continue to make money and increase the value of that.
If the whales have been doing that, small investors should also do it based on how they're seeing it done by them. They're giving some signs in the market when you should sell those altcoin of yours and don't be too greedy with them so you still can make money from those.
In my opinion, long-term investment in altcoins has low profit potential. Because most of the time the value of alt coins keeps going down. Short term investment in alt coins can be more profitable. But for that you always need to do market research. Should be sold before the dumping started and bought again after the dumping. This way you can benefit a lot.
Why invest for a long term in altcoins to have low potential profits? I don't think so. It depends on the altcoin we choose. If we choose trusted altcoins (ETH, ADA, SOL, TRX, MATIC, DOT, etc), there should be the opportunity to take good profits. The prices of altcoins will drop during the bearish season, but it will tend to increase consistently when it is in bullish season. We just need to adjust the time for buying and for selling the altcoins. If we choose the right time, we won't suffer with losses.Yes, it requires sufficient knowledge and strong mentality to succeed in an altcoin investment. To take a research, we must have good knowledge and experience. Knowledge, experience, and strong mentality are the keys for the success in a long term investment.

I can't say altcoin that you invest is good or bad, it's just that it's better for you to do DCA and if you get profit then you can immediately sell it, but if indeed you have done research on these altcoin and believe to invest in the long term, then you you can hold and wait for the bull run to come, because the most important thing to investing in altcoin is to do reasearch (DYOR) and not invest because of hype.

I can't say altcoin that you invest is good or bad, it's just that it's better for you to do DCA and if you get profit then you can immediately sell it, but if indeed you have done research on these altcoin and believe to invest in the long term, then you you can hold and wait for the bull run to come, because the most important thing to investing in altcoin is to do reasearch (DYOR) and not invest because of hype.

I think the coins you suggested are very good if XRP wins its case then its price can definitely go up.BNB is also a coin of Binance exchange which can prove to be a very good investment in the near future and its price has a high chance of going up to $1000.Both ADA and LINK are very good projects and investments can be very profitable at this time.The prices of both are currently at a very low position and this is a great buying opportunity.
But in my opinion, along with all these coins, it would be better to invest in some new coins in the market. For example, if I were to invest in new coins, APT, OP, ARB, and Ocean would be my best choices. You should also include these coins in your portfolio as they have a lot of potential to give you good returns.

Why not BNB ETH DOT MATIC and LTC I think these are coin that may last for long race than those you mentioned earlier.

This year has been a very exciting year for investors, look at all the large cap or medium cap altcoins currently at very cheap prices,
even I read on Twitter there is a technical expert saying that altcoins will at least go to 100x even 500x in the 2025 altcoin season.

ATLAS, DOGE and TLM are still okay, because they are still popular and it is possible that when the next bull run comes, maybe the price can go up again (back to ATH price), so you don't need to be afraid, but I suggest you to do DCA, so you can get profits quickly rather than you just hold and wait.
