Just tried to check my mycelium balance,  I log into that Colu app and there is no balance, yet I can track my coins through the ICO site and I have private key info. I used the same login info, nothing changed on my end, so how do we get out tokens?

Wow.

Wonder if mycelium wallet will sort both tokens if bitcoin slits

It doesn't really matter If they are going to support both or not, as long as you control your private keys, you shouldn't be afraid of anything.

What happened to that 5131.445 BTC we sent them?

Did we get scammed?

There is no doubt that there is lack of communication from the team but this has been explained on Telegram:

I still haven't set up an Android dev environment due to laziness and lack of time and resources... but looking at the github code, that gradle build is supposed to be able to create multiple APKs

If you are using Android Studio, it would appear that to pick the "Product Flavor" that you want:

You can change the build variant to whichever one you want to build and run—just go to Build > Select Build Variant and select a one from the drop-down menu. To start customizing each build variant with its own features and resources, however, you'll need to know how to create and manage source sets.

So, theoretically you should be able to pick "prodnet"...

Given that is listed as a product flavour here: https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet/blob/master/mbw/build.gradle

Thanks a million.
Works.
I think the most difficult part of programming is learning IDEs.... the language is always the easy part.
Note: select the 'mbw' project on the projects window before doing build->select build variant (on other projects is might show grayed out)

Is it possible to export the master seed a second time If you lost the one you first exported when you took the 1st backup? It says that I can't and the button is actually disabled when I go to the settings -> backup, any solutions?
theres a 60second countdown on it, after it you can press it.

Just sent $50 worth of Bitcoin using Mycelium and was charged a fee of over $8!! Something's definitely wrong with their fee schedule!
Yup this will are the most problem encountered on mycelium, so what price option you used? I mean, Priority, normal etc. Because in my side, I'm always using low prio for sending. And it always confirms with in the next 2 blocks. And if you have dust payments input on your transaction then even low prio will be so huge fee for that.

Gentlemand paid twice that (about $16) for a transaction containing 25-35 ish inputs. If you want to do a transaction with a huge number of inputs, and are prepared to wait a long time for confirmation you can use your mycelium wallet words to create an electrum wallet, then send the transaction using a low electrum custom fee. There's instructions explaining how to do it here.

A few days back. No improvement in fees indeed. I paid a pretty stunning amount to move an input heavy one but I'd already steeled myself for that.

If you don't mind my asking how many satoshis per byte id you pay, and did you choose mycelium's highest priority fee? If I want a very fast confirmation when there's a high backlog of unconfirmed transactions I'm prepared to pay $1, but I draw the line at $2.

Um, I can't remember. The fee was about $16 on the normal fee, yes really, on 2 or BTC but that made up of about 25-35 ish inputs. It seems to be rather excessive even with far fewer inputs.

I invested in crowdsale.mycelium.com bitcoins. All transactions have been saved.

Now I can not enter there! The password for recovery does not come to my mail! I wrote three letters to the support service - there have been no answers for several weeks already! (7408, 6616, 5816 03.03.2017!)

If the support service does not solve this in the near future, I will consider you fraudsters to write with a lawsuit!
Too bad you weren't able to read into the signs of this. I tried to warn people but nobody would listen. A "community manager" was trying to dispel the wrongthink back then but even him has went AWOL now.

Total fee is irrelevant... What was the fee rate is satoshis per byte (or BTC/kB)? That is the only way to determine if fee is appropriate or not...

current fees are like 250-300+ sats/byte for quick confirmation...

A lawsuit against who exactly? Mycelium don't have an office, I believe that the team members are based on multiple countries. I suggest checking their Telegram, you will get find team members who will answer your questions.
