You could poste a pastebin with a hashed version of the list, as you also have all the btc addys

That way people can check whether they are on the list and keeps you from getting emails/pms/whatnots and from checkig it all

I'm not big on posting up private information, hashed or not.  I'm simply confirming whether or not people are on the list right now.

I guess I can wait a few days to see if I receive an email from you or not....

The list has been received! 98.15% of the shares are accounted for (24,538 seats held in 114 accounts). The final question to address is if we should proceed with this list, or hold off and see if GLBSE provides a more complete list before moving forward.

Wow! That's a much better percentage than I was expecting!

That means 462 shares are missing?

OgNasty, I suggest you process this list, get shareholders set up, continue business as usual, and leave a window of time for those 462 shares to be claimed. We need to move on, but not at the expense of shareholders who haven't submitted their claim.

I wouldn't be opposed to moving on if those 462 shares belong to people who refused to repay double-payments, however. Too bad Nefario hasn't let you know whether or not this is the case. Perhaps ask Nefario to tell you how many shares of OgNasty belong to people who refused? I wouldn't be surprised if he makes up some stupid reason to avoid doing that, but it's worth a shot.

Could you give a chance for your investors to check if holdings match correct number of shares and BTC payment address?

PM me with your GLBSE email address you used (usernames weren't provided on the list) and I can check if you're on the list.  I will take my sweet time doing this.  Keep in mind there are 100+ accounts, so if you owned one share, please don't make me check...

Also what do you mean by "proceed with this list"? Are you going to implement a kind of a system that pays dividends, or are you going to list NASTY in certain exchange?

There will be an announcement in the next few days and you will receive an email with instructions.

For the portion unaccounted for is that shares the owner didn't want to have information passed to you or legitimate missing/no response from share owner?

This is unknown.  All I received was an unencrypted list with no explanation.

Move forward is my opinion. 98%+ seems damm hight to me.
My guess it is people who forgot they had some NASTY shares or got more money out of a double payment so they didn't send it back.

Good news, and the percentage is really high, I would not even expect that the list will be completed to 100% anytime soon. Could you give a chance for your investors to check if holdings match correct number of shares and BTC payment address?

I'm sure 98.15% would vote to move forward, but I can wait a bit longer. We've already waited this long.

The BFL Single and SC upgrade have already been purchased. I am not a bank and did not feel comfortable holding onto 100+ BTC while Nefario takes his time providing the list. Hopefully a list is provided soon and we can get back to distributing these gifts as well as voting on decisions like this.

It might have been a good idea to hedge our BFL exposure with an Avalon or a BTCAsic from Tom. Then again who knows which one will be first to market and I think whatever you would have decided people would not have been happy :-)

You won't hear any complaints from me! Unlike a certain Nefario! !!!!!

Just wanted to ask if the share cap is still at 25000?
I cant seem to find this anymore on the homepage.

I also would like a dividend payment instead of ordering an new single.

Looking over the amount of BTC we've been able to mine since GLBSE went down, we have enough to order another BitForce Single SC for Nasty Mining.  This brings us to a total of 744GH/s or 29.76MH/s per seat in ASICs on order.  With there being no way to send donations to Nasty Fans currently, I feel this is a good use of BTC.

I would prefer to have my dividend held and paid out once you get the list.

+1

+1, esp. considering there is no fixed delivery date from BFL. (Or is there?)

... so instead of us being able to reinvest dividends to buy additional shares, the hashrate / value per-share (theoretical / potential dividends) will simply be that much better per share?

Hope I haven't misunderstood 'cause that sounds rather nice Smiley

(my misunderstandings still sometimes happen oftener than I like)
