Will you not be giving up any of your 'seats'?  I would be interested in purchasing more.

That should not be a problem. There are only 17 members active so far and there are already 55 seats for sale in the auction.

Make that 49 seats available :-)

Not sure if this was answered earlier - but how will donations be handled going forward?

---nevermind - see "donations to members"  :-) We planning on going back to a Saturday donation day?

Is there a claim period?  i.e. what happens to the seats of people that have moved on from bitcoin during the whole glbse/pirate fiasco?  Forever in limbo?

That is some heavy dilution. Who holds those additional 17.000 smtg seats?

I am in control of those seats.  They will not be receiving any donations until ASICs are up and running, so you shouldn't notice any dilution different from what was happening on GLBSE.

UPDATE:
The recently ordered BFL Single has arrived.  Milestone! NASTY MINING is now hashing at over 7GH/s, surpassing 1 MH/s in hashing power per outstanding seat for the first time!

I do have a question about the share structure

I was under the impression that there were 25.000 shares issued, but less than 8.000 were actually sold

On the new website it says that there are 25.000 membership seats and that none are for sale, only existing memership seats can be sold by members. This means that there are now 25.000 shares (seats) sold.

So amy proceeds (donations) are divided by 25.000 instead of 8.000

That is some heavy dilution. Who holds those additional 17.000 smtg seats?

Is the 'Bitcoin address used from GLBSE' a withdrawal address used while GLBSE was active, or the recovery address provided to GLBSE after it went down?

I do not know. Only 1 address is on the GLBSE list. Maybe OgNasty knows. But it does not matter. After your account is activated you set the address you want to use.

It the second one: the recovery address provided to GLBSE after it went down.

That's the address Nefario send to all issuers.

How should he know the other address?

I entered my recovery address and that worked

And just for the record, the amount of shares you put in doesn't matter? And is just in case there will be a dispute?

Correct.

Interesting....  I am not sure exactly how many shares I had or the exact address I used :/.

Fill the form so good you can. Use some other address if you do not remember yours. For the number of shares enter some number. These are just extra checks in case there is a dispute later. But the transfer code is the important one.

I just received an email from nonnakip redirecting me to a website where I need to fill out my bitcoin address that I gave when GLBSE went down and the approximate number of shares I held when GLBSE went down.

Want to check again with OgNasty that he endorses this site https://83.169.18.186/glbse and that the data I provide in there will be safe.

I confirm that is nonnakip's site and I have trusted him with your data already.

Thanks for the quick answer !
