The list from GLBSE will be the only thing I recognize. If anyone is omitted, it will be assumed that they didn't return a double payment, and as such have forfeited their claim.

Yea yea I know, with the use of a time machine... lol

And there are people who would say it's forged without seeing it!

I am just talking of the most basic civil right, the right of possession.
I can prove the possession of my 61 out of 83 shares and until proven it's fake my claim should be respected.

That's what I expect given the circumstances.

Given nefarios history there is absolutely no guaranty that the list will be accurate.
There should be some procedure of reviewing this if someone is omitted. Again I can prove beyond any reasonable doubt I had at least 61 shares (in fact I have 83 in total). I have the screenshots and saved communication with glbse customer services with the screenshots attached. Such things cannot be forged.

I'm only going to process 1 list. The community can decide when the list is processed. I'd highly recommend returning any double payment you received from GLBSE, if you haven't already.

Just pay their dividends into the company so when they do claim them the company is worth more and so will their shares.

Otherwise you could be holding onto dividends for years.

Umm - no thanks.  The value of the shares is only worth what others will pay for it.

Wat
You received any shareholder info from him yet Og?

No. I'm hoping I don't receive a partial list either. If I do, we may have to vote on whether to proceed or wait for the final list.

Even if you do, couldn't you just begin paying out dividends to those who are on the list, then just hold on to the dividends for the missing shares? This way OgNasty could return to paying dividends as quickly as possible, while allowing those who didn't make the list to come back at a later date.

Of course, if we did this, there would need to be a deadline. If shareholders don't return double-payments or start their claim on GLBSE within a few months, we could vote on what to do.

Anyone that received a double payment from GLBSE, please make sure you've contacted Nefario per his blog post and returned the overpayment.

Does that sound satisfactory to you OgNasty?

No.  It would put me in the position of having to start judging the authenticity of screenshots and .csv files.

Hi Nasty

As mentioned before I can prove the authenticity of my 61 shares as I have the screenshot and communication to GLBSE saved on my gmail account. This cannot be forged. However I had 83 shares in total.
I just wonder what's gonna happen if we never hear from Nefario with the list because this is becoming more and more probable scenario.

I have still not received a list from GLBSE.

I hope it comes soon.

If you plan on continuing operations with a new exchange, I would highly recommend https://btct.co/
burnside has spent a lot of time on the Litecoin version of his exchange (where I manage an asset), and has now just released the BTC side.
Burnside got a lawyer, and registered it in Belize.
As a standard feature, you will be emailed all shareholder information on a routine basis--just in case. And, it's not slow!

There might be hope yet:

To all Gigaminers:

Late yesterday I received an asset holder list from GLBSE. Per the email received, the list may grow some more so it may not be the final list.

This is good news as it means step one is near completion. I will be working with counsel later today and possibly into next week to finalize the next steps and to clarify what has to be done and why.

Best regards,
