I had the pleasure of meeting up with nonnakip over the weekend in Las Vegas. Cool  Always great to catch up personally and chat about the future of NastyFans.

I see from the latest poll that while fans are divided, a majority would like to continue to focus on BTC and not alts.  For this reason, I spent a majority of our LTC on the A3 miner and have immediately moved S9, D3, & L3+ miners over to NiceHash (the A3 miner will join them when it arrives): https://www.nicehash.com/miner/1NastyFRkeUTmMdbMmzggDVTQA6r3ibUoX

Speaking of the A3 miner, I have already received notification from Bitmain that it has been shipped!

Hello Og, nonna. Just got some news to share of my own: received my coin. Actually came last week but had to retrieve it and pay a customs/tax fee (which came up to about a third of the coin's cost grumble). Very good weight, neat workmanship, it'll make a nice gift the next person I introduce Bitcoin to.

Also just realised my account was terminated (forgot that I needed seats before it expires) - should I make a new one now or just get in touch directly with nonna? Didn't vote for the poll but would have gone for the majority decision (Bitcoin focus).

Anyway, looking forward to learning more with NF, going to be a difficult year, but exciting nevertheless.

P.S. Am not oblivious to all the unhappy discussions going on in this thread. Can't say much about it as I won't have the benefit of good context, but like my participation on this forum and other small groups, I think every interaction with a different community gives a unique learning perspective. It's natural that a lot of start ups and ventures will disappoint some, which is why my expectation is little more than to learn.

I'm happy to announce that CoinCaps.net is now donating 50% of their revenue to NastyFans!
This represents a new source of Bitcoin for NastyFans (advertising) and also a free ongoing advertisement on CoinCaps.net!

I've also purchased a Bitmain A3 Antminer for NastyMining to add Blake(2b) to our growing arsenal of hashing algorithms.

YOU raised funds in an IPO.. YOU sold shares for NastyMining.. GLBSE was an exchange that traded those shares and went under... those shares that people invested BTC in... what happened to them?

you state Nonnakip started the fanclub, but what happened to people who "owned" shares? were they converted to fanclub seats OG?

All facts are archived in this thread. I started fanclub. I distributed all seats for free. I develop online auction so members and new users can buy and sell seats to each other. nastyfans takes no piece of auction sales. nastyfans collects no fees from members. The only requirement of nastyfans members is a sign in once every 3 years. nastyfans is thankful for donations and 100% of donations are sent to interested members and NASTY MINING. nastyfans donates to NASTY MINING because we voted for it. OgNasty abstained from polls about NASTY MINING donations. To call nastyfans a ponzi or scam is ridiculous.

If you have concerns of GLBSE that is different. I think old posts in this forum show very clear what happened. I do not understand who you fight for. GLBSE is long dead. Are there GLBSE users that are unhappy with how OgNasty handled the situation in 2012? The posts in this forum show OgNasty did many efforts to help GLBSE users. I was not a GLBSE user but I am not aware of any unhappy GLBSE users that worked with OgNasty.

If you do not like OgNasty I recommend you walk away. Spamming the fanclub with ignorant claims of how we operate will not help whatever cause you think you have.

No need to be rude, OG raised funds in an IPO people paid money for shares. I am not retarded I am asking a simple question

anyone thinking of investing here really needs to read this thread.

People don't invest in NastyFans.  They buy seats to join a, "group of Bitcoin enthusiasts that have a lot of fun watching and encouraging and participating in the Bitcoin world."

You sold shares in your mining Operation in an IPO. What happened to those shares??

*GLBSE* issued shares and was dissolved by nefario. I wasn’t happy with that as a resolution and worked with nonnakip to get NastyFans in place. We are the only survivor from hundreds of original GLBSE “securities” and many people are appreciative of our efforts.

Isn't there a forum somewhere...where you can do all these things?  For free?  Like...the one I'm posting on at this very second?
There is, but it's only fun until you have an investment devalue significantly. Come on, dummy.

I've received our A3 Antminer from Bitmain.  Unfortunately, it appears that NiceHash is not supporting A3 miners.  When I try to connect, I get an error.  Due to this, I see no other reasonable choice but to create a temporary account at an exchange to hold Siacoin until I can learn more about the NiceHash situation.  You can see the status of our Siacoin miner using the below link.

We just had a thunderstorm last night knock out the power and take a number of trees down.  My power came back up aroun 1am but my internetprovider was down until sometime this morning so the single I'm running was down for a number of hours last night.

1 poll closed

[member opinion] save altcoins

no: 2202 (58.9%)
yes: 727 (19.4%)
unsure: 812 (21.7%)
abstain: 26259

RESULT: NASTY MINING and/or nastyfans should *not* hold altcoins. Altcoins should continue to be converted immediately to Bitcoin.

Yes it was great but short. There is so much action in the crypto world in these days. Thank you for doing the journey for my short layover in the USA. I need to visit you some time to see all cool new NASTY MINING hardware and peddle some kilometers for the operation.  Smiley

As for pirateat40’s savings and loan, I was the only person providing insurance for deposits and when it collapsed I paid out everyone their insured amounts. Nothing but satisfied users, including our own famous NastyFans supporter, coblee.

Between this and BFL,

You sure seem to have a lot of experience when it comes to convincing other people to invest their money in ponzi schemes.

I do wonder how many "Free" Miners OG personally received from the BFL shitshow? that is something that has always pissed me off about this "charity" OG refuses to disclose how many personal Miners he has in his house..

he is happy to show off his electricity bill - but without knowing how many miners he is running himself how do we know if it is a good deal for fans or not??

so 10BTC in the bank..
the below hardware
MINING HARDWARE:
1x Bitmain Antminer S9 (link)
1x Bitmain Antminer R4 (link)
2x Bitmain Antminer L3+ (link)
2x Bitmain Antminer D3 (link)
1x Bitmain Antminer A3 (link)

some Green stuff that you didnt even pay for most......

such an achievement for an IPO that raised 700+ BTC.. oh you borrowed 400+BTC as well..

you must be so proud to be at the helm of "the longest running public charity" or whatever you are calling it now..

Personally I would just wind up this shit show and call it a day!! I mean realistically what would the public seat holders get per seat? of course you would have to not include your own seats as you didn't pay for them..

so liquidating the club to the other holders would be the best way for anyone to get a return here.. you obviously wouldn't do that as you would personally lose out on all your dodgy skims..

just chucking it out there fella
