Who is betting live? It's a close game at Indianapolis so far. I don't usually do well on handicap betting but I'm still taking Pacers (-4.5) @1.8. Brunson shooting poorly in the first quarter which could be good for the Pacers and my bet but Siakam's two early fouls could pose trouble late in the game.

Aaron Nesmith have done an impressive job on keeping Brunson at bay for most of the entire first half in which Brunson scored only just 5 points, but it has been different story in 3rd quarter as Brunson put up 14 points. Heading into 4th quarter now with 13 points advantage to the Pacers. I think it's safe to already say the series is going all the way and we'll have a game 7! Of course except the Knicks are able to pull off something magical in 4th quarter.

Brunson shoots bad on the last 2 games on the road, but the Knicks have to play more defense on him as he is unstoppable at home. As predicted, the series reach a game 7 which is going to be fun and I don't see another blowout win from the home here. The spread itself would show that it's going to be a close one, I'll monitor the injury status of the Knicks roster,  if Hart will play, probably my play would be the Knicks.

Losing Josh Hart to injury will be a very huge problem for the Knicks, I strongly doubt that the Knicks can afford to lose another player, they are barely getting by with OG Anunoby absence, and Hart is the second heart of the Knicks defence and without him with OG also still sideline, they don't stand a chance to beat the Pacer even if the decider is being played at MSG wouldn't matter.

I guess game 7 would have a different outcome, so betting this early might be a good thing to do as when Hart and OG will be announced as out, that time will probably shift. Pacers haven't won a game in MSG yet, game 7 might be the first time in the series. Spread now -2.5 for the Knicks, and the total is 209, this should easily go over IMO, or maybe betting on the Pacers TT over, that might be attractive as well.

it was a great morning when I wake up, a big win by the Pacers and the Nuggets have controlled the game. From down below 50%, now I'm up to 52%. Just a slow process and hopefully we will reach the 55% in no time.

So having another early picks, hopefully the streak will continue.

Cleveland +8.. Celtics may win but this time it will not be a blowout. I think the Cavaliers will play harder, will make good adjustment before leaving for the Celtics in game 5.  (win)

Dallas -1. I like them to take the 3-1 in the series. It's been 2 straight the Dallas had won and the OKC was not able to make the right adjustment. Irving hasn't played his best yet in the series, this game he might explode. (loss)

\\  Updated record 18(W)-17(L)..... 52%

It's a do or die game for the OKC tomorrow, while the Dallas would want to win the series at home. On the last 5 games, Dallas has more impressive win so I don't see the OKC coming back and force a game 7 on their home court. It might be a public bet but I believe based on the trend on the series, the home team could easily dominate, therefore my pick is ...

DALLAS -3.5

That's the worst that I've seen for the Denver Nuggets that it looked like a giveaway.

Minnesota Timberwolves - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets ML @2.09 Loss!

Later we have 1 game. Game 6 of this series and Knicks has the upper hand. Will the Pacers fight back? I think so.
Indiana Pacers - New York Knicks - Indiana Pacers (-3.5)

Also expecting a game 7 to happen and it will probably boost the money of the NBA.
Tyrese Haliburton will be the key player here. As Reggie Miller said, he must put volume in his shots, he had been shy to shoot the ball and stars don't act like that. He got so used to his passing ability that he forgot he was also a threat in shooting. He won't be in the 3-point shootout if not. Shoot threes, attack the paint, and make the Knicks confused about what he will do. Be unpredictable.
Believe it or not every bet I have placed whether it be a single ML, betbuilder, winner +O/U market or multi-props bet none of them have hit once for this NBA play-offs.

But I believe you are correct in assuming the NBA wants more money so the likelihood of a game 7 is quite high.
So going with the Pacers ML.

Watch it nosedive just because I have now said I was betting on it. Bloody superstitious dookie.

I had a hunch that regression was coming for the Nuggets after shooting the ball for almost 60% in that other game, but I still fell for it.  Tongue

I'm changing my bet with the totals since the Knicks could end it on the road again and they had a good chance to snag a road win during that game three. Also, the Knicks spread is tempting since six points is a lot, then again I wouldn't be surprised to see it go the other way and the Knicks lose by double digits.

I feel like the Knicks are going to try and end things here so I feel pretty good about their odds to win +7.5.  After the Denver/Minnesota game I am a little worried the NBA wants to see a game 7, so I'm betting the maximum spread.  I don't want to push conspiracy theories or anything, but it sure seems like the NBA has a way of having things work out just how they want (So I bet against it.  I'm smart. lol)...

Indiana Pacers - New York Knicks
Handicap (Incl. Overtime)
New York Knicks (7.5)

Odds
1.68

I also feel that way, New York Knicks should be able cover to the spread, and possibly even end the series here the best value for me would be the New York Knicks to win ML and that's currently valued @ 2.80 Odds on Sportsbet.io

Jalen Brunson would need to carry a lot of work load and heavy lifting, if they're going to end the series tonight, because of how they've been dismantled in game 3 and 4 at Indianapolis.

I'm liking Denver myself tonight. If they can hold Anthony Edwards under 20 again it's over. Jokic showed why he is the MVP in game 5, now he smells blood. GG Twolves.

I don't know.  Anthony Edwards said, "see you in game 7" after the last game.  I think he's dead set on willing his team to the next round and passed the defending champions.  That's how I bet anyway.  However, that bet seemed a little boring so I thought I'd spruce it up a bit by making an interesting parlay.  So I found an international squash match and bet on Ali Farag to win.  This makes the odds a little more palatable while adding a bit of intrigue.  Stupid?  Maybe.  Time will tell.

Minnesota Timberwolves - Denver Nuggets
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Minnesota Timberwolves

Farag, Ali - Elias, Diego
Winner
Farag, Ali

Odds
2.28

I'm still waiting on the results for Ali Farag's Squash match, but I have high hopes...

Later, we only have one game.
Here is my pick.
Minnesota Timberwolves - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets ML @2.09 - They broke the confidence of the Wolves, it will not be easy to recover from that. I think it will be different today, adjustments. They will try to stop Jokic but will make a big mistake in the process, Jamal Murray will come out to score for the team.
As others have mentioned, the Nuggets ML is just too good to pass up on for tonight's lone game in the NBA.
I don't think home court advantage will matter for the Wolves as you have said: Timberwolves confidence is broken.
And with that championship teams smell blood in the water and attack without mercy.
(....)
It really seems like a home-court advantage this time. But in game 7, it will be in the home of the Denver Nuggets.
This is a very big challenge for the Minnesota Timberwolves maintaining their momentum on their win tonight.
Well, ball is really a circle which a most of us that Denver will really get this game tonight.
I didn't expect that the Wolves will play that well, I mean after losing 3 straight they bounce back on a win dominating the defending champion. So now the hype is back at the Wolves, I think I'd take the early spread for the Nuggets in game 7 as I can only see it moving upward as the game is approaching. Game 7, i expect it to be a close one but the Nuggets will manage to cover the spread in the end, it's about who will start to have a run first and control the game, and that team will likely take the win.

I can see Jokic going off and that is why I have him scoring a triple-double in this one in my multi-props bet.
If Anthony Edwards wants to prove he can hang to the likes of a Jordan or Lebron as one of the greats to bang in the NBA:
Tonight is the night to show us all what he is made of.

You all asked something of Anthony Edwards, and the ANT Man have answered the call right ?

The Timberwolves have completely dismantled the MVP, and current champions Nuggets here in Minnesota... The series headed for a game 7, and I think we can expect almost anything, if there is anything this series as shown us is that both teams can win games anywhere, on home court and on the road, so game 7 is still anyone's game to win and would be very interesting.

Couple games on tonight, I didn't care to bet on last night's and wish I did.

I took both home favorites here tonight.  Boston -15.5. Big spread but it's a closeout game Boston gonna ball hard all 48 minutes I like them in a blowout.  Then okc.  Rooting to see an okc and Timberwolves comf final.  Something way different than we are used to.  Okc by 4.5 points

Lost both and the Celtics by a half a point was a tough gambling loss. Tonight we only have one game on and it shoukd be a great one.  I took the home wolves team -2.5 purely because I want to see a game 7 here.  Small bet but I took a hey over in this game.  205.5 I think with a do or die game these teams will press.

Good luck and enjoy the game folks.

I'm on the same pick too, the odds for the Nuggets match-winner are too nice, they've already pulled off two road wins so there's no point in doubting them.

The Timberwolves can still make this close since elimination games can sometimes bring out the best in certain teams and it's always possible for the Nuggets to have a bad game like the ones during games 1 and 2.

Game 5 - Boston Celtics - Cleveland Cavaliers - Cleveland Cavaliers (15.5) - Won! My plus 15.5 was the exact number! Lucky! That's why I said those who got the +17.5 are very lucky indeed. It's the safest bet yesterday.
Game 5 - Oklahoma City Thunder - Dallas Mavericks - Dallas Mavericks ML @2.50 - Won! I am glad the other players of the Mavericks stepped up their game. PJ Washington is very consistent in providing points for the team and I wish he can continue that. OKC should stop the hack-a-Lively strategy, that young guy is getting better with his free throws.
