Yes i trully agreed about holding your btc and eth, theres a lot of unstable project out there, even coins listed already in exchanger, what i can suggest is to do research, check all details make sure everything reviewed thoroughly before you invest you money, btc and eth is already an investment.
Bitcoin and Ethereum is the forever holding coins for everyone so most of the peoples are invest and hold these coins. But this year BNB will make more popularity in crypto platform so majority of the experts are suggest this project. Now still some peoples are researching next projects so I suggest BNB is a long term promising platform.

You have to decide how much profit you want to earn with your investment. If you want low risk and low profit, you should buy bitcoin because of halving going to happen next year, buy around 6-7k and wait for new ATH. But if you want more profit, maybe x10 your investment, you may have to gamble with some IEO or ico. 
There is still an option to gamble not with IEO or ICO and invest in old coins that are successfully developing the next 1-2 years.

And the price right now is i think the right time to buy since its @7000$ . Also look for ethereum with also have upgrade that will occure next year i think this halving and upgrade can help price of ETH and BTC to increase so if i were the one who will invest ETH and BTC is part of my choices to buy this december.

He already chose old coins and top coins, bitcoin and ethereum. OP is making a mistake here, he shouldn't sell bitcoins and ethereums he have, he needs to add more cash, or at least to try to earn more crypto, and then to try to diversify with the amount he have.

And the price right now is i think the right time to buy since its @7000$ . I strongly agree with you because the position of both BTC and ETH is now in a stable condition and plus there is news that awaits our luck in the new 2020 year.I just want to ask, how did you got that BTC and ETH? Did you bought it from your fiat money or someone gave it to you? I am just wondering if you started from smaller amount then you came up with that amount then I suggest that you'll just continue doing that first then wait for the right moment to Invest. Wait until december ends. It might get bigger that time and you've learn enough about investing that time.
Why do you need to wait? If you can invest while doing your own research about investment. If you have invested today it might be a good opportunity for you because if ever the price increase at the end of December you already earn income and if you keep on waiting until the December end maybe you will regret once the price goes up. Try to invest little by little and then make sure you always do your own research while doing your investment. and OP should wait bcz of the bearish market. this is bearish market and most of crypto going to lower. so it has big risk if investing in this time

You have invested in two of the most popular coins today, namely BTC and ETH. You don't need to participate in IEO, you only need to hold it until the price is high.
When investors come to this market they seem to think that bitcoin or ethereum are not investments by themselves, they keep thinking about all of those exotic coins that they could buy that according to some people in social media can make them rich very easy and instead of holding their coins they use them to buy into those projects and we know the consequences of that, they exchange their valuable coins for coins that most likely will never get any value.
