I think neo is going to do well in a short time as we can see that it has make some significant progress in the early days of this month before the issue of regulation from south Korea come out . I will say neo is going to compete with the type of zcash and ethereum in a long term. However most of the alternative coins and bitcoin are coming downward now because of the issues of regulation all over the world and cme termination of the future trade.
the development of the NEO when viewed quite nice getting old. for the future, it seems later NEO is one of the coins will have a high price and stick with a nice coin.
To invest for a long period of time, it is better than the crypto coins of NEO for today. The price of $ 1,000 for her will be for a year.

The main pushing force for NEO is ICOs that are using NEOs platform like repulse, Apex, nex, deep Brian chain, the key etc. These are solid projects with good fundamentals. If they choose NEO over well working proven Blockchain platform like ethereum then there has to be a perfect reason for their move. If more projects built on NEO then it'll fly even higher but I don't think it would surpass Ethereum.
These are very high estimates, but there is nothing that will not be on this market.
Right now Ethereum is about 10 times NEO marketcap, I like NEO but I don't think it get or surpass Ethereum (at least in 2 years), although I'd expect to be like 1/4 or 1/2 of Ethereum marketcap. So it still has a great potential.

My target price is $ 500. I think it could be the ETH half and the BCH will be on the market.
I think NEO will do good this year, since the number of ICO which is using NEO platform are now increasing. I believe this platform is really promising, give this platform a year or 2 and see how it will be dominating the market. As of now i am really looking at ICO with neo Platform, i also holding NEO coins like Deep Brain Chain. But well who knows? Let's see if it will be taking it's flight this year.

According to my knowledge of cryptos, NEO is considered as a China's Ethereum. It was formerly called Antshares. NEO is born with a mission to change the economy, towards a new era of the smart prosperity in the future. And we can see that China is currently the world's most cryptos-holding market. So I think the NEO in the long term will be very potent.
Yes you're right Neo is the China's Ethereum i remember before that they rebranded their name from Antshares to Neo and it cost $3-7 per coin. and now Neo is worth $164 per coin. i think the price of Neo end of this year will be worth $500 per coin.
That is going to be amazing the growth we are seeing in block chain neo. They are planning very long term project with unique model of staking neo and it will produce gas coins, amazing concept.
The gas has been producing from the network transaction. The miners already replaced with staking method to keep the network still active. But honestly this is such a good model system to built or at least give an ability to the token itself.
