NEO was founded in 2014 by Da Hong Fei et al. As a basic public chain, NEO aims to transfer all traditional financial products to NEO block chain for digital transaction, so the essence of NEO operation team is community rather than company.

Yes, NEO beats Ethereum on several fronts. But Ethereum already is an established platform. And Ethereum will close the gap with its scaling plans in the future. To overtake Ethereum will be very difficult. However, I do think that NEO has a lot more room to grow, even if it can’t fully compete with Ethereum.
Its not easy to beat Ether, especially when Vitalik, the program expert Solidity, backing up Ether, along with many top notch ether programmers

Already we’ve seen an influx of ICOs developing on NEO — this will increase. And as it does, NEO’s price will increase. I also believe that eventually the market will support more than one platform. But that doesn’t mean NEO will ever replace Ethereum, especially in the West.
Neo is like Ether in the East, in the long run, it might catch up with Ether, with possibly lots faster tps and more business adoption

In my opinion, NEO has two possible avenues for success. NEO’s two paths towards success are:
1) The above mentioned benefits allow it to compete with Ethereum directly and it begins to be the go-to platform for ICOs and blockchain development.
2) It doesn’t compete with Ethereum but instead becomes the DApp platform and foundation of a smart economy in the East.

Can we trust this, is it for real, is it a fake account or a hacked account. Giving away upto 180 NEO just for sending a small amount of NEO to his address, like the man says if it's too good to be true it usually is.
Remember, all the "I got my free NEO" posts can be faked too.

This is clearly a scam is like a trend nowadays on twitter where accounts got hacked and promise the free giveaways after you send them funds first .. Nobody should ever consider sending funds to such a request.
Is there some more clarity on why we are stuck on 20000190? It doesnt seem like it was planned ..

NEO, which is called China's first block chain, deserves the bottom of the bargain. As soon as the market is warm, the price of NEO will rise again. 
NEO is my favorite, NEO is awesome. Seeing this dip as an opportunity again. NEO deserves really more. Meanwhile, I think this is temporary and market will recover soon.Many people know about the present situation of the market and NEO block chain is getting more awareness. So future of NEO holder will get most benefits in the market for holding them.

I should be getting some ONT from the airdrop but don't use the Neon wallet I use the neo-gui wallet. Is there a way to get ONT into the neo-gui wallet ?
I don't know if I have my ONT yet as neotracker is down and it was the only NEO block explorer I found that would show the other tokens (Hashpuppies) I have, I've tried all the other explorers listed on https://www.reddit.com/r/NEO/ but they only show NEO & GAS.

I fully synced the neo gui till blockheight 200190 it wont go any further is this normal ?
I just send some neo to binace and it arrived shortly after but when I tried to send again I coudnt select neo only gas to send. I closed the gui en opened again and now it displays the balance I had before sending to binance. I dont understand why my gui gives me the wrong balance it supposed to be less since I just send some to binance.
Im still on block hight 2000190 it wont go any further I have 10 connections to the network. I also claimed my gas when I was fully synced also but that transaction is also gone and I have to claim it again. Not that this is a problem I just dont understand what went wrong why I have to claim again and why it displays a wrong amount that I had before sending some neo to binance
just tried to send again but it stays unconfirmed the first neo I send to binance came trough but after that no transactions. If I restart the wallet my balance is back to the amount it was before sending. Anyone has any tips what to do ?
You can try menu File -> Rebuild Index. And wait for complete synchronization. Height must be = last block number. Last block number you can see in any NEO Explorer.
Does rebuilding index mean that I have to fully sync again ?
