Unfortunately there is no administrative penalty for such actions. Someone is "mistaken", but someone loses money.

NEO promising coin,I think it still will show the new top. The news is certainly not a very good appear,but I think the Chinese will quickly correct all deficiencies. The only thing that have noticed that NEO is technically very inferior to the ETH. Propampili it very notably in recent years. It would not have fallen NEO from the latest news.

NEO, the name of China's ETH, is really a stable, upward trend. It's very happy to be an investor who is a good coin. 
This will give though time to ETH in future this ecosystem is growing rapidly I also have good expectation from this project. Soon it will move to next level there is still big space to grow to more high.

Yeah, better than CMC for sure, will use it for a while. About NEO price is to bad that the price went down this week due to the FUD around the slow block generation. Also another factor which in my opinion contributed to the fall was that people bought for ONT airdrop and than sold the NEO.

The price of Neo in bitcoins does not change very much, this indicates that no one is now ready to sell NEO. The only thing that scares is the prohibitions of the Chinese government which can play a negative role in the development of the project.
fundamentaly nothing has changed, its just a sell of evrywhere, i think only 5 coins are in green today, tomorow when we wake up, prices might be much more up 90% chance or down 1% or same 9%, depending from the BIT if 10.6K holds i am so confident that i cancelled Stop losses at margin, i placed them at 100.99, and the low was 101.02 (can you imagine that!),...non margin i just hold, no brainer...loooking good!! In this year platforms are in trend and now NEO is the most perspective. I bought NEO for my portfolio yesterday and i think today price is a still good for buying. Hope to see price 200-300$ in april.

Anyone knows if there are good guides on how to create your own token and start an ICO on the NEO platform?
Is it perhaps as easy as doing it on the Ethereum platform with their ERC20 Standard?
In ETH any any random person can create a token and launch a crowdsale. Wondering if NEO allows that too or if it is more restricted due to its centralised nature
