Children can easily master the work of their parents and later children learn that work from their parents and children later love to do that work. So bad things like gambling should be done in complete isolation from children so that children cannot see and learn easily.

But it is sad that in my locality there are many fathers who gamble by playing cards in public and seeing them young children are showing interest in playing cards. This interest is increasing day by day due to which various categories of gambling and criminal activities including card playing are increasing at a significant rate.  .

The way gambling is being offered nowadays show up like an ordinary game and with children watch their parents playing and enjoying with a wise mindset they can easily master the setup and with the help of online tutorials it will never be hard for those bright minds to move forward and start playing the same games that they are watching.

It's risky for parents, especially if the child will manage to learn how to use credit cards or any available online financial institutions that parents got. They can empty or they can max the limit without the parents' knowledge.

No parent wants their child to fall into bad habits. But today's kids are somewhat advanced level so they can easily master a thing.  And where they see their parents doing something, they follow it and learn it faster. And now era is such that everyone thinks of gambling as a common thing and everywhere everyone plays gambling and that's why gambling is getting more and more popular day by day. But of course everyone should at least hide them from their little kids. This will make the future of their children more better

I strongly vouch for your statement because I know personally many individuals who hate alcohol and smoking because their parents were addicted to it but it also depends on the environment where most of their lifetime is exposed and not everyone can resist the behaviors so as a parent they should be responsible for the well being of their kids until 16 or 18 for that they need to be a person who follows the principles what they are teaching unless its just words with no power.

It depends on the situation, there are some parents who make their children to follow their steps. If the parents do gamble, they will teach their kids to do gambling. But yes, I agree that this is not approriate thing to do and parents should really not teach gambling to their kids. There's a right time for the kids to know about gambling.

A child tends to be closer to his mother than a father, so this is where we need to make sure before we get married to first determine whether the woman we are going to marry can be a good mother or not, or at least we have to choose a prospective mother who can be invited to a better path. I agree with you, how bad attitude or habit from parent they won't their children allow with his bad thing, all parent want give the best for their children but still not find right way how to guide or show them. Need private with gambling from our children and as soon possible we have clear all mobile phone history when our children use the same mobile phone or computer. Never give opportunity or make our children know with gambling and we are as parent must teach them which one better or not, if parent did bad in front of their children actually difficult when advice them for making some thing well later.

Apart from that, if we do bad things in front of our children, apart from that it will cause bad things which our children will imitate, but this will also be one of the reasons why a child cannot respect his parents. This is the thing that all parents least expect, even parents who don't care about their children always want their children to respect them.

It's better for children to see and notice us doing good things than for them to see us gambling because that can make them even more curious. As if our kids will be interested on what we are doing especially gambling. Instead they just want to watch Youtube they like instead of watching us gambling. Besides, there is no parents that will gamble in front of our kids.

But we have to accept that sooner or later, these kids will grow up and will encounter gambling on their way.

Let's just monitor them and have a good talk with them especially when talking about gambling.

I don't know about doing it intentionally but I think  in some place where the act of gambling seem accepted and looks like a normal thing the parents might actually not have it in mind that's sometimes they are actually doing their habits in front of their child and even if they do I think it's part of some of culture because I have heard of my friend who tell how everyone in their house actually gambler and sometimes they do play it in the house like a normal event.

i dont think any gambler will intentionally want their kid to see them doing it. kids learn so fast and when they see their parent doing it they also want to try. its good to take caution and be very careful sometimes these kids might be watching their parents without them knowing and then they go to start practising behind them. one thing about children is that the like to practise what they see and if they see it constantly, it gives them confidence to want to try it.
