I don't think all new cryptocurrencies as worthless, I think, some will show that they are different. The important thing is to find new cryptocurrency with potential. I continue research to find a valuable new project that will rise in price. We see lot of old money and they lost its place in the market.
People are so gereedy to make new ICO's even a simple person can start an unsuccessful ICO now. But i think market has its own election future will be more brighter for ICOs then now.
You are absolutely right, because everyone is trying to somehow earn. Because of this, there is a lot of garbage on the cryptocurrency market and many investors are deceived. It would be better to direct all these funds, which were distributed from investors among bad projects, to the development of more relevant and promising companies. yes maybe not everything is like that! everything needs a process, but the fact is like that.

in my opinion not all new coins are worthless because there are many new coins that have the same value and quality as old coins so I can't conclude if a new coin is rubbish. Of these 2200 altcoins on the market, 90% are practically useless. The projects that are now entering the market are also of little use to anyone.
This because of the market transition from high market cap volume of crypto in the exchange to low market. This makes the new coin worthless because they the investors brought the coin while crypto market is high but after falling down then we could expect that new coins will have to adjust also and that makes it worthless after it listed in the exchange. But not all because there are coins now had manage to make an increase in its market price but only few of it in the market.

This is a wrong assertion. Some new coins are far more worthwhile than the old coins. I might just agree with you that many new coins are redundantly useless and just a repetition of old coins without unique technology and input to the cryptocurency sphere

New coin without project or real product = low value. They going to be a zero value coin if the product development takes too long.
To choosing a good new coin, we need to find the team who really developing the product on their project,
so the coin value will rising once their complete and released the product in public.

Many old coins price is being dead or worthless! And new coins are suffering because of the long run bar market! So, you can't blame only new coins! Rather recently WPP new coin is doing better. You need to look at the project and the team and the partners, the trading volume not in price to judge a coin!

There are no worthless coins, if there is a good team behind this project. Even if they are dumped at the moment, buy them if you are sure that this project has a great future. I am speaking about really perspective coins that have lost like 95 percent after listing.
Such promising coins are very few, mostly now create useless coins and they do not carry any new idea, there is no point to buy them and keep, so people just feed the scammers 
A clone 1:1 of a coin is not a high flyer where a look o like could add more/other functionality and could get traction price wise.
New coins sure do can have value where new/better functions are implanted and a dedicated team behind it.
