I think it depends on the project itself whether it provide a new and unique concept in the blockchain tech industry. If the concept has already exist in the industry and has no advantages than the existed, than it will be difficult to survive and the coins will be worthless. The other important factor is the team development. If the team consistantly develop the project and making good progress, then the coins will has a good chance to be worth.
Most new coins die a few months after they appear. I think they are really useless. Investing in such coins brings big losses.
But such investments also can help you to earn very well if the project remains to live and continues to develop

you are right indeed I think that nowadays many coins are entering the market very easily but when they have escaped they are actually ignoring it instead it is something very bad because people can buy it but there is no change in price, sometimes I think, what's the use of them making their own cryptocurrency but when entering the market there is no further price development. after that it feels like dead!

Probably you are confused with shitcoins and a promising starting coins. By stating that new altcoins are worthless, you are generalizing all cryptocurrency start-up are worthless which somehow rude. We should know that legit company needs time to make name for themselves and gather demands from the target audience. This does not mean that they are worthless because they do not have that much popularity. There are several coins started like these new coins(talking about legit projects), they seems worthless but yet given enough time, they had proven their worth.

I think majority of the new coins are worthless, then a few of them are still worth to invest in depending on the usages they can give
