If scammer tags were removed then these features aren't going to be added. Who is going to want to take the time to investigate and dish out badges for trolling or spamming? Imagine the crying in Meta when people are branded with such a tag as well? If they're breaking the rules in whatever way then they should just be dealt with in the existing ways of negative feedback or bans etc.

Actually the averages aren't important. The important is number of reported posts and accuracy. The thing is if your accuracy is very low you are actually wasting the moderators time rather than helping them.
It would be good to have 90+% accuracy at least, however I've seen people with almost 100%.

There is no fixed number of reports but if you report a lot with decent accuracy you may get asked eventually.

You're right. Total time logged in is often manipulated via a reloader extension and similar software. The total time logged in can be boosted without getting in trouble, while you might get banned if you boost your posts too much (spam).

There are plenty things that we can do for achievements. I've already stated that other websites have these and they are a nice addition to the overall experience when one is spending time on a forum.

Ranks aren't random (except Legendary I guess but even that requires a minimum). What would be the point of achievements and why are ranks not just like them? Most of them on Kickass just seem silly and unnecessary as well. And what would they be given out for here?
