i have do been in conversation with Mixan and i can say that he is not scammer , delays do happen but it does not mean denial.
He(Mixan) had nothing to lose , he could have sent you no funds as his account was already gone but he kept bothering not to take burden of bad karma.
I will suggest Coinman1 to release this dispute and get settled down now.
people do get backway in language as Mixan was because we don't know what the life a person is leading or in what situation he is in , just by mere abuse over internet you should not lose your spirit.
