The newbie rules are good, it's a good way to weed out the trolls.
Sounds like a good and fair system to avoid spamming.
This is very good system you guys. When i had this problem with my forum, couldn't figure out how to get rid of trolls...

I'm afraid I have to correct myself: the 5 (or6) posts are totally ok, but the 4hours are a pain in the ass
