A very sensible and justified policy, but also very frustrating for new members.
And where to check how long i am been online? ... may be it is silly question....

The newbie rules are good, it's a good way to weed out the trolls.

This was a good idea to go with. It shows who are legit users and who are the trolls.

I would like to reply to this with a sensible post and get on my way to be established.

I think earning your way onto the boards is fair.

I have some technical hardware questions that I need some help with.

thank you all,

I'm afraid I have to correct myself: the 5 (or6) posts are totally ok, but the 4hours are a pain in the ass
There are issues that I really want to answer to but I guess have to wait and wait and wait...
