It says I can't reply because I posted less than 360 seconds ago, but this is my first post!!

Several different actions count as "posting". This includes reporting posts and sending PMs.

Hello, just a short question. I have more than four hours online time and some posts but still can't post anywhere else. What happened? Did the newbie restrictions change? Thank you for answer!

Are any of you guys experienced miners? Maybe one of you can help me?

Man look in the forum, thre's plenty information...

But, if you're looking for mining in windos easy look for guides of the GUIMiner,

I use it for mining bitcoins (260 Mh/s With a single HD6870 I made daily 0.04 BitCoins)

Good luck!

Me too! The problem with the restriction is that some people are coming here after having a technical or other problem, after having searched at the Internet, after having found no solution and after havingfound thespecific forum where people who know are found. (And perhaps they stay there, for many many discusssions in the future.) When I had problem with my sport watch chronometer GPS, I subscribed to the Garmin; having problem with bitcoin, I'm here, but can't ask in the specific thread!

Anyway, you veteran guys know better of course, I'm stopping complaining, just my 2 bits! I'll wait!

I am a newbee. I would like to learn as much about Bit6coin mimning as I can. I just wish that I had known about this 2 years ago. I have been mining on Slush's pool. I have made me some Bitcoins. I would like to get some advice from the veterns of Bitcoin mining. I have been running CGMINER. I have found that GUI runns fastter. But does not seem to get as many shares. Is it that CGMINER is smarter miner than GUI? Is this just my incoherince of not understanding the mining process. I plan to stay with Slush. I have found thast blocks are found more often and at a faster rate than at other pools. I plan to post a lot in this forum. I have a lot to learn. I only have 4 years to learn it. I would like to learn to set up phoniex miner. I will ask that in another thread.
