Good day, i just like to ask if there's a copy/list/previous threads of rules for the DO's and DONT's regarding promoting a business, any help would sure be appreciated, thanks.

Never knew that there's a restriction til i have read this thread.
I already like these rules. it forces me to browse around for a few hours instead of diving ride in to the sharks. I've already learned a few new things from some threads I probably would have bypassed otherwise.
Now that I'm forced to lurk and read threads, I should have a good understanding of everything within a few hours.

Restrictions such as this are a good idea; they are clearly spelled out in the first post.
well its pretty irritating that you can only post here, and for my part in Scandinavia part.. like if you realy need to buy some bitcoins and need to post alot of messages to say that you want it is pretty annoying.. but well maybe its better so spammers and trolls get here?

This thread answered my question about how long it will take for me to no longer be a newbie. Maybe that information should be put in the rules?
I have 4 hours and 9 posts, why can't I post anywhere else?

4 hours and a some posts later, let's do bizness...
I can see this posting & logged in may prevent spam efficiently. Other would be neural network filtering. If first post fills scam criteria your account is automatically just banned & ip blocked. I used that method few years ago in feedback department and spammers were very annoyed.
So I made 5 posts and waited overnight and I am still on the restrictions. Here's hoping this post unlocks me!
