Actually, no one can predict the impact of the news. For example, bad news appears and some people start panic selling making the price to go down 10% in 5 hours. Then experienced traders, knowing that it was just a FUD news, start to buy, and if there more of them than of those who were panic selling, the price can rise higher than it was before the news, especially if others, who were just watching the market started buying out of FOMO. Thus traders who bought when the price was 10% down can make good profits, and those who were panic selling can only be even more frustrated. In short, don't sell right after the "bad news", but maybe wait a bit for the price to fall and then buy, or do nothing, but don't sell, especially if the coin is around for a while and you know that many people support it.

Yes you are right they really need to be more than careful this days, a lot happened in most group people joined just to get some info about what is the latest about the market but later turnes out that people there try and buy from them at less price and sell high on exchanges since most of them don't know what to do with exchange.

Its the reality of this market. The people around the crypto sphere are always spreading the FUD's like that and they are no one but the big people who are willing to spend huge amounts of money out there. They will not stop their FUD's as it benefits them a lot. A FUD creates hype in the market, hype of panic selling and this chain goes on until the prices of crypto coins fall to their bottoms. This is the point where the whales start buying more coins and filling up their bags with loads of them. This is how this cycle goes on and people are making great deal out of it. Its serious matter though, but we cant tell each individual to stay alert.

It has been that way ever since, the fud will always go up when there are richer guys trying to buy more ETH the cheapest price they could get. The solution they do is to spread bad news about a particular token they need to buy. For instance ETH they spread Vitalik to leave the project, which he didn't actually said. ETH before grew this big, ETH was fud heavily that it drop to $7 as far as I remember but then the project is just so strong that FOMO still won.
It is not a scam, cryptocurrency are decentralized so that market demand and supply are determinants of the value of cryptocurrency. Stay calm, the market will get up and the cryptocurrency will be able to remember its value.
Uhh.. I would say it is a form of scamming. Spreading out wrong information to mislead people is actually unethical and a form of scamming if you ask me. The newbies are gullible and inexperienced. They freak out faster than the rest of the people since they don't have much knowledge about the market. It is true that in the long run the price will go up, but as long as people falls for those FUDs, the price development is slowed down. Agreed with you. This is really a manipulation so that newbies panic sell and manipulator is buying the panic sell. Newbies should hold now, otherwise, they will have to buy back later with high prices.
