They are not licensed in a single State in the US. I challenge them to identify a single state where someone can play with Nitro, and not violate their rules. If they can't, they can choose to use this rule against every player when they choose.

This doesn't mean they will steal from you. They reserve that for people that are up a lot. But any book that relies on a "gotcha" rule to selectively steal has much bigger problems going on.

My partner had 10k confiscated by them.

Nitrogen Sports has an ambiguous rule: you warranty that it's legal for you to bet online where you are. It's not legal to bet online at Nitrogen in the US or in Costa Rica. They used this rule to take 10k out of an account after the player was active for 4 months. So they know where a player is playing, and selectively enforce it if they are sure you are a long-term winner.

This same rule lets them confiscate any balance from a US player. When a book starts confiscating balances on ambiguous rules, there are much worse problems going on. If you play and win here consistently, I wouldn't expect to be paid my winnings.

FYI I'm Elihu Feustel, same as in the twitter thread on this topic:

Hope nitrogensports representative can officially clear out whether US users are welcome or not (for now this looks banning a profitable player and holding their $)

Top Crypto Casino
Problems can arise on any site. Whether or not you have a license does not matter that much. There are also sites in good standing that do not have an official gambling license, or at least do not withhold this information. As long as a gambling site pays the players, I don't see the problem of not publishing a gambling license and/or company details. But not every site is the same of course. This site has been around for quite some time, it is certainly not a new site.
But their past has been littered with ugly scam accusations. I think you can be able to see some of these accusations documented on their trust page. That alone should deter anybody from trusting the casino with their money.

The casino being around for quite some time should not blind someone into thinking they can be trusted 100%. Try telling that to the people who have been wronged by them.

This place isn't even licensed, so if you have problems, you will have no retribution. Best to play at books which are licensed by real gaming entities. This one just holds a "data processing" license from Costa Rica. Any disputes you have with them will fall silent.

Don't play here; management is filled with awful people...as in terrible, greedy human beings -- your business should go elsewhere.

The fact that it is not licensed is not in itself a bad sign. There are also gambling sites that operate without a license and that have a good reputation. Moreover, you have no assurance that you can go to a license commission if there are problems with a site. If a gambling site only offers crypto, then in theory you might not even need a license? Since everything goes through wallets.

That's correct, but you just have to be aware of the risk that you cannot go after a non-license gambling site, if they scam you, you have no chance to recover your money. In the case of NitrogenSports, they have been here since 2013 and I've used them in the past so I could say that they are a legit site although we can see that their profile has some negative feedback, it still depends on the user whether they'll continue to play, at least awareness is necessary.

How to recover account if authentication application deleted? Since there was no KYC, how user should confirm he owns Nitrogen account?
Would you be more specific here? are you referring to a Two Factor Authentication account?

Reminder - don't play here. The ownership does not uphold their duty of responsible gaming, which they promise on their website. They simply do not care, despite saying they do. Their actions do not match their words.
Nitrogen has been in existence for many years, if you face a problem on the website, you should be specific with your accusation, and please provide some evidence so the community can weigh if your evidence is valid.

Nitrogen, alongside other sites, do not seem to take self-exclusion a serious matter. Ever since negative reviews about the site sprawled out from the trollbox and on this forum a year ago, I have distance myself on this platform. Good thing I only used an email that I don't really use personally to register on such sites.
I know this feature exists as I have tried it before, but for me, I think it's not necessary anymore as at then end of the day, we can always gamble in another site since gambling anonymously  is very easy.

Pass on this place. Says they take responsible gambling seriously, but it's all a lie.

Why is that a lie? I think you should clarify that before making such accusations. You wrote in your previous post that you received an email from a promotion, but your account was also blocked at the time of that promotion, were you unable to log in as you requested? And are we talking about the same account you had used to exclude your own or a new account? I also want to remind you that many sites with a limited number of months operate with exclusion; this means that you can, for example, exclude yourself for 1 month, and after this 1 month your account will automatically become active again.

Read beyond just my last post. I asked their sister company (Nitrobetting) mutliple times to shut down my account back in October. They didn't do anything until I asked again in January. Then instead of removing me from their systems, they continued to send me promo emails (I received 2, multiple weeks apart, and also sent a complaint after the first one).

Have you tried muting or blocking their newsletter and promotions that comes from their email? The first instance you received those, you should have sent a request and do your part to block any emails coming from them. I know the issue is them not following the responsible gambling thing but if you're really firm about not being persuaded to gamble, then you should have made your moves to not receive any of those emails any more.
