Every problem i had with them was fixed after a few days, my stake is limited nowadays but this is a pretty sportsbook nonetheless.
They have been here since 2013, so they are really successful to last this long. However, they have some negative feedback too as you can see in their profile, but if you are contented with using the site, then good luck to you and enjoy.

This is somehow unfortunate for Nitrogen Sports since I remember them being one of those authentic gambling website that has been around for years in this industry. If I am not mistaken also, they also held a campaign signature where it attracted most of the campaign members into applying for them. It is just sad to see them deteriorate and slowly lose their credibility at this point due to disclosing private information without the consent of its members and players.

Like what you mentioned, if you are unbothered about its history written under their profile (though I encourage you to look for another alternative), then feel free to still try and bet from their website.

I continue to be marketed to despite having my accounts closed due to self-exclusion. DO NOT PLAY HERE. They do not take this seriously, as they claim to.
Just today - 2 months after having my accounts closed - I received an email asking me to participate in their 10BTC March Madness tournament. Completely unacceptable. Yet no ramifications. THese people simply do not care about gambling issue responsibility.
It do really sucks on that case on which even if you are already self-excluded they do still sent out some promotional emails into a certain user which they should had been cutted of but i dont
seen any more problem as long you do able to control yourself on not to make out some further deposits but i couldnt blame out that these kind of emails could really trigger out
your gambling addiction which do really sucks and i do see several issues similar to this on other gambling casinos as well on which they should at least took some responsibility on it.

Haven't played here, but played on the sister site which is owned by the same people. I think this may be relevant for this thread.

In October, I tried to close my account at Nitrobetting because I had a gambling problem. I did not mention this gambling problem explicitly to them, but shouldn't have to. It's embarrassing, but at this point, with my life in shambles, I don't care about admitting it. They refused to close my account after multiple requests. Instead, they said my only option was to wait for the account to go dormant. This is really concerning because A) yes, it is possible for them to close an account, and B) they advertise 'self-exclusion' options on their front page. After requesting my account be permanently closed & shut off on multiple occasions, I lost ~$15,000 USD. Note, I was a losing player throughout my existence here. Never had a winning month. I was very profitable for them. Had I been a winner, my hypothesis is that they would have honored my initial request. I did ask them about this, and they said "at no point did you mention you had a gambling problem". That's true, but I shouldn't have to. My hunch is that upper-level management was not made aware of this situation or else they would remedy this. Instead, mid-level support agents are now telling me to get lost and they have no interest in discussing ethical/moral concerns of mine, which center on them accepting business from someone who tried to self exclude numerous times.

Hi craym1890, please send a DM to our team over at Nitrobetting and send your ID as we take self exclusions seriously.

Thank you.

At this point, I'm going to go ahead and call 'nonsense' on this. I reached out to them on Twitter, and never got a response. Their email responses have been very rude - placing blame on me for wanting to be self excluded. Yes, they finally blocked my access to the site - 4 months after I first requested it. After that, they had the nerve to send me a 'promotional' email. I told them that I shouldn't be receiving those emails, and they told me to just simply ignore them. For those that don't know, gambling addiction chemically alters your brain and the way it works. A simple promotional email isn't easy to just 'ignore' - it causes such a strong temptation. I had reached out to Nitrogen since Nitrobetting wasn't helping and Nitrogen owns them, but now Nitrogen has stopped responding. If this company really, truly cared - as they state here and all over their website - they would have put their money where their mouth is and refunded some of my losses after refusing to close my account.  But it's just lip service.

Bumping this to the top as it continues to be ignored

Yes I fully agree Nitro used to be good but they are fast losing their credibility and reputation. I was betting with them for years and now I have been limited to pennies and can no longer bet there. If you are a winning punter then they will treat you poorly. ATM I am fighting to withdraw my remaining funds because of how badly I have been limited as they are trying to accuse me of having multiple account without any proof whatsoever. I would be very cautious of Nitro going forward.

edit - they paid in full but still limited to pennies so can no longer bet there. onto the next bookie.

Hey - could you please have your colleagues at Nitrobetting check their twitter DM's? Sent them a note early this week and no response.
Thanks!

Without acknowledging that they flat out lied when they told me they were not able to close the accounts when I initially asked - FOUR TIMES. Once again, this book deflects responsibility and places blame on a customer who tried to opt out.

Self-exclusion should be taken seriously by gambling sites. But seriously, they can't break an iron with hands either. If you allow yourself to be excluded from a site, and you then create a new account through an alternative way to gamble, the site can't do much about it. Someone who likes to gamble will sooner or later always gamble, I suspect. There is very little that can be done about it.

I've actually started treatment, so while your statement is correct, this should be handled on an individual basis. When an account asks to self-exclude, it should be cut off immediately. Whether or not the cycle of creating new accounts continues or not is COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT of the request to self-exclude, which should always be honored - immediately - regardless of ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.
But still it do ends up on blaming the site because they had deposited again then lost their money again and again. If they do decide on making new account their its their
decision and theres no such thing about being irresponsible on gambling sites which people do really tend to show off.Once you do decide to self exclude then it would
automatically means that you do cut off from the site then why you would tend to make out deposits again?
It is on your own will and there's no one you could blame but only yourself.

No, that's wrong. It's on an account by account basis. If someone self excludes and then creates another account and asks to self exclude again, the site has no responsibility for the money lost between those events. If, however, the site refuses to honor a self exclusion request and continues to take wagers, then it's their fault. Otherwise, why even have self exclusion or say that you support responsible gaming?
Normal for gambling sites fault if self exclusion wasnt granted on the time the user do request for that thing then its irresponsibility but if its done well but the user
had made out new accounts just to play again then the problem would really be on the user itself, no matter how many self exclusion request would be granted
if he wont able to quit up his addiction then the cycle would really continue no matter what.
