I have created a support ticked a while ago about an issue and got the answer that a dev will look into it to fix it.
Today I asked again if there is an ETA and I got a completely different answer saying everything was working as intended and nothing will be changed. The argument for that was weird and I couldn't follow the logic at all.
I answered again with how I don't understand the logic and the argument and that I had another reply saying the complete opposite just a few days ago.
I don't know who is in your support team etc, but as I requested in my latest answer regarding the matter, I hope someone in charge can look over it and clarify what happened there, since there is no way for me to know which approach nitrogensports it taking regarding the issue as there have been 2 completely different answers.
