We have the answer to most of the above points in our FAQ, but to summarize:

Regarding Limits:

Limits on NEW accounts always start out low because people were creating multiple accounts in order to circumvent these limits. As you bet, the support team is always more than accommodating to raise those limits. It is only a quick support ticket away, just ask. That being said, our limits for smaller leagues are lower due to those leagues not being as popular. keep in mind that Nitrogen Sports is the only book that offers most of these leagues. For more popular leagues (such as NBA) we have lots of users betting several BTC per wager.

Regarding Odds:

Our odds are grabbed from various sources and are also subject to change depending on any action we receive on a particular game. Our policy is that you will be paid out here more, than anywhere else on the internet for your bitcoin wager. If you find better odds elsewhere, please let us know by creating a support ticket!


Keep in mind we are also listening to customer feedback (like yours) and always trying to improve. For these "non US hockey" leagues you are interested in, we would love to know if there are other bitcoin books that offer better odds with higher limits so we can make sure we are staying competitive. We did also want to let everyone know about a couple of small visual changes we made; your betslip now follows you down the page as you scroll. This was suggested by a few of our users and has now been rolled out.

In addition, the add to betslip button now animates its color when clicked, making it more obvious that you've added it (especially helpful for our mobile users).

As those who suggested it pointed out, these two updates should make creating your betslip much easier.

but my luck not working with this site I have new account and lost all 4 parlays and now 2 single bets 

This has got to be the most overprotective book I've ever seen in my life.

"Let's protect our book.

We'll make the line -114 on both sides, instead of -105 or -110. So they'll be paying several times as much juice as other books charge.

But that's not enough. We'll make the limit about $12 USD.

But that's not enough.

We will  NOT let anyone bet it a 2nd time, even if the line moves, and even with our ridiculously high juice, because then WE'LL BE AT RISK FOR TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS !!! (minus 14%, due to the high juice we charge, so would be at risk about $21).
 Can't be too careful when you're gambling."

This is a bad joke.

The best part is when they limit 0.1 BTC bets and ask that you request them to raise you limit.

Not only do they raise your limit, but the juice always seems to skyrocket on that particular wager I wanted to bet..

hmmmmm....  Won't be my first option but they are around..

Likewise with non USA Hockey.

In this case your limits are 0.02 btc (Wow, a whole $12 USD!) and you top it off with a 27 - 29 cent line on totals pricing. I.e.,  -114/-114 territory.

What's the point! So you can say you offer the most sports of the btc books? But then offer them at outrageous prices, and limits that are about the price of a movie ticket.

With your mobile version, could you implement cookies properly as it never recognises me when I'm betting on my iPhone. As well as that I've noticed a consistent issue with button in the top right only showing account stuff and the starting soon sports, but not the whole list of sports meaning I have to refresh a couple of times. Would appreciate it if you could fix this.

My initial impression of your book was positive, but now I've found a big negative.

Many sports you offer have ridiculously high prices (juice) attached.

For example, was looking at non-USA Basketball.

You are offering this with a 26 cent line, -113/-113.

When i first looked at some of your offerings I thought it was great that you use a Pinnacle line or close to it.

But Pinnacle offers non-USA basketball at a 10 cent line, -105/-105.

I felt - and still feel - that you have more sport offerings than any other btc sportsbook.
But then you offer some of these sports at ripoff prices. Combine that with a limit of 0.06 to 0.10 btc, and it's seems you really don't want any action on these.

In that case, take them off the board.
 How much protection do you need - to charge 2.6 times more than Pinnacle, and in addition have micro limits?

If you do want to book them, then please offer competitive odds and pricing, not ripoff pricing.

I do like the book in the cases where you offer competitive pricing at or close to Pinnacle lines and prices.
I also like everything else about the book I've seen - the interface, cs, etc.

Make yourself even better and lower the prices on the non-major USA sports.

Hey wenwen, thanks for trying us out. You are right, we do offer a lot more sports than most of our competitors. 

The drawback for this, is a lot of the smaller sports / leagues have slower grading, many which require manual review.

NCAA, NBA, NHL, and other big sports / leagues are automatic and usually graded within a couple minutes of completion.

What happens with bets on these matches? Do we have to wait until the games are replayed or are
the bets voided and counted as 1.0 odds?

Yes, it is still in development. Originally after we launched the site we were hoping to get live betting out last month.

As security and fast payouts/withdrawals are the foundation for any great book, we have been working really hard on those items. Since launch we have added two-factor authentication, most major sports are auto-graded, and 99% of withdraws are instantly sent out to our members.

We hate to disappoint our members who have been patiently waiting for live bets, but we want to make sure it is done right before we release it.

Hey Legions36, currently we don't have any running bonuses. We are a very low juice book - the lowest out of all of the bitcoin sportsbooks for a lot of sports. Our users love this and treat this as a bonus.  

Our goal is to pay you out more for your wins than anyone else.

If we do decide to run another promotion (like we did a couple months ago) we will post in this thread.
