I am agree here this is a good time for invest. It is still bear market now, but the price is low now and cheap for investment. If the Bull Run back, you might loss the chance for the next big wave. Some of the altcoins might disappear, so still need to be careful to choose which coins for investment.
It is happening right now. After a short raise the market is falling deeper and deeper and I think I am not the only one who expected that. Constantinople hardfork was absolutely useless for the whole industry.

If I am correct bitcoin was $5k and ETH was $150+. But now it has turned more bearish and the price is even lower. This is the long bearish season for crypto. I think another dump will occur before the rise.

This now or never strategy is not working. I mean the market is recovering but it is doing so very slowly and it moves 2 step ahead and 4 step backwards. So i think we might have to wait more then expected to see the real bull run.
