There is a premine that is supposed to be used to fund the company. It doesn't matter that he sold 130k NRS if he can show us a balance of 250k NRS or the BTC equivalent. The premine is a fact and should be accounted for.
I would agree with that sentiment, that is reasonable.
In terms of the General Fund, everything has been above board with that. I am going to put together the interim FS over the next while. I was going to rush something out but given that the tone got really venomous today, I think it will be best if I take my time to make sure that it is tight and detailed. This has to all be done by hand and that takes time.
Regarding the Premine, that was well before my time and I never had control over those funds. Barwizi is working to provide an accounting of those funds. All the funds under my control are safe and accounted for.

I think it would be best if you could enter the exact amounts that the certificate represents? .234 shares or what not?
It's up to the shareholders. I only stipulate that they be sent to those with more than a full share. those with less, run the risk that this accompanied by the company water Glass, Beer mug and shot Glass will cost more than their actual share to send.

It's a strong point that you are working to get NRS development. I have already made that clear to everyone who cares to read what I have to say.
I may be new to the crypto community but I am still a consumer in business/financial institutions online.
I believe that with a backing of a crypto currency (ie. Bitcoin, etc), a company online can maintain its financial needs for a long period of time. Longer than (for example Oil) if done correctly.
This idea of DAC intrigues me. Maybe I still can't understand it all, but having another job on the side and having robotics working for me while I'm away is a foreseeable future for many investors. I really don't believe everyone wants to sit in front of their computer all day.
I want to share everything to people about NRS and I need the backing. Everything, from reports how the company is maintaining its financial infrastructure that Logan is working on to your input Barwizi on project development.
It takes a lot of hard work to make it where you want to be and does not happen overnight. That curse now could be the cure later.

i need another dev asap. the skipping between projects is taking a toll and causing delays.

NoirSafe looks promising, i just need someone to add a few custom items. If we actually get a js. dev that can be done in the week.
Noirbits 2.0 is just a few days from completion, i have some concerns that i need to confer with my fellow dev before anything else is done.
NoirShares wallet update is on the tracks.
I am reluctant to give exact times.
