That card looks worn. Also, it just looks wrong to have red logo on black, the designers wouldn't make something like that. Lastly, it says it expired 2013. Stuff like this only hurts monaco. Well short term anyway. It will be fine in the long run.

Many cards have VISA approved with crypto and without crypto. This is nothing new, but it will be HUGE for MCO in terms of price. An example is the Bitpay card with crypto being approved with VISA.

If that image is real and official then that is going to be huge with upcoming MonacoApp and card updates together. That means one thing only these sellers at this price are going to cry tomorrow. We have few hours of wait to see a fully functional app available for download in out smart phones.

I hope that way, and it will probably be much better than the current price, but it all depends on bitcoin prices in the future, chances are there is a considerable increase in the next year ...
