Or download installer from multigateway.com which includes NRS 1.2.4 and the Lite multigateway ui.

Why is that?

Because people will rather deposit their BTC using the MGW and having their coins faster and safer. In addition to that they save the 0.2% trading fee + 0.5% cashout fee.

So now people have security advantages + 0.7% fee advantage. That is the amount that they will be willing to pay more.

In the end only the market will show how it reacts, but that is my thinking behind it.
