transaction = atomic process (either done or not)
transfer = money from A to B

130 is actually very good. Don't you think?

I think it is very good and it is actually rising. The only thing we need to prevent is centralising.
Look at it from this perspective: There are about 800 blocks a day. Now if 130 different people find those blocks, than on average each person finds only 6odd blocks. I like this distribution!
Our request still stands. We need more forgers to prevent the target from getting too low. I will repeat the request here until we see a comfortable number.
Just out of curiosity, what is your target number, that you consider "good"?
