In today's match of Pakistan vs Afghanistan team, Pakistan team came out to bat first and set a target of 272 runs in 50 overs. Pakistan team batsman Babar Azam got out with 74 runs in 92 balls. Pakistan started very slow which is the reason they didn't score high runs on the board. Abdullah shafiq and Babar azam played good inining but they played so many dot balls. Good decision by the Pakistani team to bat first after winning the toss. I was expecting it as batting in the second half is not that easy because the pitch tends to get slower. Already the Pakistan batters can be seen struggling as the pitch is slow and still, they managed to hit a six and break the jinx. Afghanistan's sloppy fielding prevented them from getting a wicket and I am sure there would be many more from the Afghan team. Both Pakistani openers have now given a good start to Pakistan and hopefully, they are able to maintain the momentum. The current run rate is above 6 which is encouraging for the Pakistani team.
