At the start, i was thinking about Bangladesh having a strong hand for obvious reasons (injuries in the Lankan's camp)

But baby Malinga Matheesha really stepped up for the Lankans, Yeah Spin-home advantage did play some part that's why the likes of Dhananjaya finished their quota but Bongs did help them with their batting.

When you score only 164 runs in a one-day international match, it is very hard for the bowlers to defend this small score in 50 overs. The same happened with Bangladesh bowlers today. Now they only need 60 runs and more than half the overs (25) are still left in the match. They have seven wickets in hand which means that they should easily win this match.

The way Sri Lanka is batting against Bangladesh will win very easily. Bangladesh bowled well early in the game due to which the Sri Lankan batsmen were under some pressure but again the Sri Lankan batsmen controlled the game and scored good runs. Today in the match Nazmul Hossain Shanto he is the only player to score a half century and got out with 89 runs just missing the century by 11 runs. No other batsman of Bangladesh could play well. Today Sri Lanka bowled well, Matheesha Pathirana he took 4 wickets alone, Maheesh Theekshana took 2 wickets. Sri Lanka will have to bat with a target of just 165 runs to win, which Sri Lanka can easily win. I think Sri Lanka can win before 30 overs today.

Now they took first two wickets before allow them for any big damage, hope they get some more wickets too in such a pressure situation which will boost thier moral

Bangladesh's top order batsmen failed miserably in today's match if only one player Nazmul Hasan Shanto didn't score 89 runs Bangladesh score would have been under hundred. But one thing I always say is that those who are in charge of management of Bangladesh Cricket Board are corrupt. There are some wrong decisions of the management which the Bangladesh cricketers got proof of that wrong decision for today's match. Mahmudullah Riyad is a dependable player from Bangladesh who has a history of performing well on the Sri Lankan pitch but the management has not even kept Mahmudullah Riyad in the squad. It has been discussed and criticized in the cricket circles, but the management has repeatedly dismissed this criticism. Bangladesh's 164 all out today is discouraging Bangladeshi cricket fans. If Bangladesh could have given 270 runs plus target today then Bangladesh could have won at the venue of Sri Lanka. The Bangladesh batsmen were under a lot of pressure from the start and the later period and the game could not bring them under control. Due to which they could not score much runs in today's match, currently Bangladesh batsmen have lost 8 important wickets. Bangladesh are struggling to score batsman runs due to the fall of consecutive wickets, Sri Lanka's bowlers bowled brilliantly today which allowed them to keep wickets falling. Bangladesh have no wickets to catch now and it looks like they will be all out very soon.
